We ordered with Grubhub. We got the Chicken Fried Steak, and eggs which was pretty good size, and tasted good, but the hash browns were barely done, and we asked for crispy. It also comes with Buttermilk Pancakes. We paid an extra 2.80 to get Strawberries, and Bananas. We got them in a tiny cup, and only got 3 strawberries, and 4 thin slices of banana in another cup. Over all appearance when we got it just did not look that good. Seems like they handle to go orders different then in house. If we had sat down in the place, and this happened we would have sent the whole meal back, but when you get it delivered you get what you get, and that's the end of that.

Super busy and had trouble entering the restaurant. Got seated right away though. We both ordered the sampler off the fifty five and up menu. Got our food right away and it was hot. Only issue was the bacon strip was overcooked and small and the ham slice was big enough for maybe two bites. Coffee has gone up to three fifty a cup and the cup is half the size it used to be. Pancakes were goey in the middle. I ate only the edges. Won't go back for awhile
There was multiple seats open, yet they took close to 40 minutes just to seat us, then we order and they took nearly 30 minutes to bring our food to us and once we were done eating we asked for our check to be split and they said they couldn't split the check we asked why they had no response. Later we explained to them we only had enough money on our cards to pay for our own meal so they were able to split the check in half but they didn't want to do it one more time so we could pay individually because they were being lazy. Also while waiting on our food for over 30 minutes we see the waiter messing around in the back
Amazing service even on a very busy night
I ordered food online from the Aurora location on Parker last night 4/19/22 & when I showed up to pick my order up the only employee in the restaurant told me the cook didn’t show up for shift so nobody could make food. I didn’t be rude to her because I felt bad for her, it wasn’t her fault. Her manager should’ve stepped in and did something. I could tell she was fairly new because when I asked her to cancel and refund my order she didn’t even know how to do that. So I call today 4/20/22 and they disconnected the phone line so the phone doesn’t ring at all. This is horrible customer service if you ask me. So I called customer relations 1800 number and the guy there was of no help either. He said within a week the store manager will see my ticket for refund.. like where do they do this at? What kind of business is this owner running? Just take peoples money & then a week later get a refund. Unfortunately this was my first time paying for my food online I usually pay when I go get it at the store, NEVER AGAIN WILL I PAY BEFORE GETTING MY FOOD! Don’t go here this is the second time I’ve went and has been a issue with making food, which is what they are supposed to do ?
This location was surprisingly busy on a Sunday afternoon. Only waited 5 minutes to be seated. The sever was friendly and not overly pushy. Service was quick and everything we ordered came out quick and tasty. It's IHOP so you can't really go wrong.
We were seated right away. Service was great. Food was ready quickly and prepared as requested. Can't go wrong with strawberry crepes!
It was a late night order and the chick on the phone that I did the order with was awesome she was there when I got there but was not the one to come to the front desk to check me out. She was way cool! I wish I had gotten your name. But anyways thank you for making it a great I Hop experience! From the New York Cheesecake lady!
I ordered buttermilk pancakes with my order. The top one of 3 looked normal, the bottom two looked like this. I feel ihop has a total different standard level for takeout and delivery food than at the restaurant. I’ve felt shortchanged before (no strawberries in strawberry sauce, or no sauce at all when I asked for extra sauce) , wrong omelette… but this is just plain gross. It feels like leftover pancakes from an old plate of food. It was $58 for breakfast for two people without any coffee or drinks. We are feeling sick so decided it was worth it. Not so much. I called the restaurant and had to leave a message with the poor young girl at the front. They need someone checking quality of delivery food. I do not recommend takeout or delivery from this place.
Good and delicious breakfast , but the pancakes can be much better
