There's a lot to unpack here. I appreciated the amount of people here was a bit much when we first got here at 12:45. It is now 2:04. After the drinks were wrong and after being told our BBQ sauce was marinara and so the cheese sticks my 9 year old ate didn't taste quite the same.Long story short we've been here for over 90 mins just to get 20% off 2 of the cheaper meals, charged extra per items that were included and was a completely messed up order from their staff. Disappointed and will be calling corporate.
The food was about average, but we had to wait a really long time for our food. The server kept apologizing to everyone that they were under staffed and getting swamped by digital orders. If they can't handle the walk in customers they have they need to turn off digital orders until they get more staff. They shouldn't punish in person customers because they are swamped with digital orders. Each restaurant should prioritize in person customers and only take on work they can handle. The company really needs to look at the manager of this place and shut down digital orders. Horrible experience and only eat here if you want to wait nearly an hour for food. The only reason we didn't leave is because my mom had just got out of the hospital and didn't have the energy to go elsewhere. Restaurants need to know how much worse they can make a person's day. This place needs to learn how to give e customer service.
Just went here for lunch and im not kidding, friendliest staff ever. Every single person we saw said hello, and when we went to leave they either said, "thanks for coming in" or "have a great rest of your day". And the food was delicious. Very pleasant experience.
Overall I’ll give our food a seven out of 10… My French toast was really tough for some odd reason… The sausage was good the hash browns weren’t too bad they were just extremely crispy as if they had been there a little too long… My eggs were pretty good as well… Our waitress was nice but every single time she came to the table she was chewing her own food… And nothings wrong with that if she’s hungry but she was talking with her mouth full and it just Just a bad view overall…
The staff was very efficient and friendly! Our food came out warm and fairly quickly considering how busy they were. All of the food was correct and tasted delicious. I would dine here again!!
Best visit to an IHOP in years. Great service, food was right on, even special requests were got right, the first time. We got everything quick and left very happy! Kudos to this IHOP team!

One of the WORST FOOD EXPERIENCES EVER!!! If I could I would give this place a negative number. I did an online order for pickup, several items I ordered were missing and or incomplete and usually the taste is really good, this time not so much. I usually love IHOP but this time very disappointed, not worth the $62.00 I paid for my order.
Really great service. I've come here off and on for years and it's always had decent to good service but the people there now are amazing. My server this time was Terry and she was that perfect balance of attentive. The hostess was so friendly as well both when I came in and on my way out.
There are much better breakfast places than here. The Cooks don't care about what they put out on the expo line and the servers don't care to pay attention either. They will serve it to you and hope you don't complain. No thank you! I was served BURNT hashbrowns. Black burnt in many spots. My pancakes were hard and cold.
