Most of the time, I thoroughly enjoy IHOP, but this time, it appeared that our server had other things too important to her to make sure we had something to drink. Oh, she made it a point to go to several people and talk, but never came to us once. She wasn't the one to bring our food. We ate and when we stood up to leave, she made damn sure to bring us the check. I was definitely disappointed. I go to the VA on a regular basis and we'll just eat somewhere else from now on.
Husband and I stopped in for breakfast this morning and it was moderately busy. When we walked in, the hostess didn't acknowledge us as we stood there for almost 10 minutes. Then, when seating is, she seemed to be annoyed we were there and seated us by tossing our menus and silverware on the table and walked away without another word.We sat down to look over the menus, questioning what we'd done so far to deserve this treatment. As we decided what we wanted to eat, we noticed no one had come over to greet us and take our orders but were visiting with other tables. We waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. No one came by but went to the tables around us of people seated after us. We ultimately decided to leave.We've never experienced such horrendous service ever. We won't be back and we're telling everyone we know not to patronize this location.Do better, IHOP.
They must hire more people, they only have 1 person dealing with the tables and 1 guy who is supposed to take care of the people walking in. I came in with q party of 12 he never greeted us, so we all took a seat at the waiting booths and some stayed outside, and then a small party of 5 came in and he greeted them right away and wrote down the names. After we saw that we all left. The only reason why I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I’ve been here before and even through we waited a long time the service was excellent from the other lady, unfortunately she was not there last time i went.
Walked in with my husband, 7 minutes later walked right out. We were craving a nice breakfast for lunch and thought to stop at this location because it is closest to our house. There were 4 employees we seen close to the kitchen, each of them seen us standing at the front waiting to be seated and all three continued to do whatever they were doing without acknowledging us. No customer service was shown at all. We waited a couple more minutes trying to be patient and then just decided to leave. Please note there was about 2 groups of people seated eating, the restaurant was very empty. Needless to say we went to the Stapleton location where it was much busier and was seated immediately and taken care of. We will never visit the one we did not receive service from again. Just a little advice, please coach your staff about greeting customers and making sure they are acknowledged when they choose your establishment to spend money.
Good food ? great ?? staff even an armed guard for the rowdy crowd.Every time I visit the staff never upsets me.Quick service the acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door ?Super polite folks that get you in and out swiftly.I have yet to dine in but pretty sure it’ll be a good experience.The music ? was even great ?? however I’m a product of the 70’s so this factor can differ for different folks with different strokesHowever I stand behind this established any day all day even on my Birthday ?Oh yeah,did I mention that they are a 24 hour establishment?Make sure you check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa ??
Food was as expected not the best but comfort food never the less. However my issue is that I have had a long day with airplanes, my sons doctors and am currently in a hotel room. I asked for three cutlery packs with our food, so we can eat it, and I good a singular black plastic butter knife and a singular napkin. Made me cry after the day I had and I just wanted some sentimental food.
We always visit here with a rather large party, and every time it is a pretty great experience. The staff is always super accommodating, the food is always done up right and the atmosphere is usually pretty good.I highly recommend you swing in and get your grub on at this IHOP!
Service was amazing food was great staff was friendly despite the early a.m. visit it was full and still didn't have a long wait for my food I only gave 4 stars because I'm a hater they definitely deserve 5??
I witnessed a customer become rude when they were unable to have a seating preference accommodated as a result of an area being sanitized and cleaned. I am glad that the staff are performing their due dilligence of maintaining cleanliness. Keep up the good work. People dont say thank you nearly enough.
Service Is Horrible, no matter what time of day or night. employees are lazy, can't seem to work together..always a line because no one seems to know the chief from the Indian!!. it's ridiculous ? but I can't eat McDonald's ?
