I give this hungry Howie’s location a full 5 stars. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered pizza and salad. The owner called us to say that his lettuce delivery had not come in, and offered to make something else. We chose just to cancel the salad. I thought that was great service, because he let us know rather than give us a salad with substandard lettuce. He said it was not up to his quality to make one with what he had on hand. A lot of places would’ve just made it anyway. This is the kind of detail and customer service that keeps customers coming back. Also the pizza was good.

I would love to add a picture too bad I never received my pizza I ordered my pizza online at 9:05 PM I was told that my pizza will be here in 45 minutes I order $58.95 worth of stuff from hungry Howies on Mississippi and chambers in Aurora I never received my food I tried to call at 10:05 when I noticed that my food still wasn’t here they said sorry we are closed they closed and never delivered my food I am now hungry I have six kids in the house who are hungry and we have no more money because we gave our last to hungry Howies I don’t even want to give them a one star but this is the only way I can leave a review
If it weren't for the heart shaped pizza, they'd get a 2 or 3. I was tracking our order online and waited in the parking lot until the status updated ready for pickup. Once inside (with my not so happy toddler) I was advised the website doesn't track exactly with the store and our order was still in the oven, it would be ready in 4 minutes. 10 minutes later I was asked to pay roughly $20 for 3 pizzas. I told the young man I paid when I ordered and gave him my name again. The man that took my name initially, gave the wrong name to everyone else and my order was ready when we walked in.
They were good except that I didn't get what I ordered...I ordered a BBQ chicken Flatbread and got a Buffalo chicken Flatbread. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich with lettuce and tomato on the side and didn't get the lettuce and tomato and I asked for ranch with our wings and didn't get it.
This location had major issues and errors with their time estimates. People were waiting from half an hour to an hour AFTER they were told their orders were ready. We don't normally go to Howie's, but it's close so I thought we'd give it a try. I don't think we'll be doing that again. The pizza tasted fine though once we got it.
Abnormally bad this time around. Order took over an hour and a half to be delivered, it was missing requested blue cheese for the salad and was lukewarm, even though the delivery location is only 1.5 miles from the gun club location. Usually better service than this…
I can’t say enough about how great the staff is at the Mississippi and Gun Club locations! They are so helpful and truly know what customer service means. As for the pizza, it’s my family’s new favorite!! We love to order the Asiago topping on all of our pizzas. This is definitely a winner.

Thought maybe it would be a good alternative to Marco's, but nowhere near as good. Our bone-in Buffalo wings arrived shriveled and dry with a too sweet BBQ sauce on them instead of Buffalo. The boneless chicken for the kids tasted like "dino-nuggets from Walmart," according to them, and after a taste test I concurred. The Works stuffed crust pizza was loaded with toppings (saved the review from being one star), but so soggy we had to eat with a fork. Marco's is still the best in our area for my family.
Good pizza, just overpriced. I got a thin crust three topping pizza and cheesy bread for $32
