The buffet claims to be an all-you-can-eat restaurant, yet that’s not how they operate at all. The servers complain to the owner whenever you get “too much” food (two or three plates per sitting will get you on their radar). The server can even take your plate — even when you’re not done with it — and give it to the owner to show how much you ate. When it comes to the food, I was incredibly disappointed (and horrified), especially after the price increase. The clams were impossible to eat. After we took three or four clams, we fell sick. The sweet and sour soup was absolutely horrendous.
First place I tried crab legs at. Some rude guy came over the second they refilled the crab legs and took all but two little scrawny ones though. There is a sign saying something like "Please only take a max of 2 legs per serving because the cost of crab legs has increased drastically, we want to make sure everyone has a chance!: At least I got two before he did! The food itself is really good though, and they have a Mongolian grill style area as well. Awesome place if you're looking for an all you can eat with tons of options!
Quality has really gone down in the last 6 months. I come here fairly frequently and the last few times were sub par to say the least. Food is cold, lo mein noodles taste like plastic, soup is always burnt tasting like it's been on high heat for hours. Used to love coming here but I'd rather not be harassed to leave after two plates of poor quality food.
This is always my favorite destination for dine-in in every occasion. My mom is quite picky but she loves this place because of good prices, tasty foods and quick service. They also have the birthday promotion which is amazing. I highly recommend ?
Went there earlier now I have food poisoning. Things started out fine until you hit the 3rd plate where they came around to your table and ask for a tip and for you to have a nice day and she placed candies on the ticket. At first I didn’t pay it any attention until she came around to the table asking for a tip again. My partner asked what she said and she was floored as to why they were asking for a tip when we had spent $55 already. Food was ok but not that great. Save your money and go else where.
Great delicious food and a variety of selections. One of our favorite restaurants!
I don’t know how anyone could have a negative complaint about this place. The service is amazing the greater is the sweetest I’ve met, the food is so good for such a good price. $22 is not a lot of money for an experience like that. My son had a blast there is seafood and sushi everywhere. Don’t sleep on this place for real. It’s too good.
The flavor isn’t good, They keep watching you to see how much you take They impose you the tips The place is that clean
Everything is just so yummy! If you love Japanese food this place is a must. If you're wondering if it's worth 21.99 for dinner it definitely is! Dinner has oysters, blue crab, clams, specialty rolls and much more! We came back twice in one week, and have brought people each time to enjoy this wonderful place!
Horrible food and service. Meat was dry, chewy, fatty and dirty dishes. We tried orange chicken and teriyaki chicken it was dry and not fresh from sitting on the hot plate for too long. Owner and manger will not try to help rectify the situation they will basically give an answer of its a buffet eat at your own risk. Even if it’s a buffet there has to be a basic standard of quality. I was not expecting fine dining quality but the food needs to be edible at least. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
