Stood at the register for 10 minutes with the workers looking at me and not doing anything. There were barely any cars in drive through. When they finally came the girl was sweet but they were laughing and goofing off while seeing me and other people standing in line. Ended up missing my lunch break because they were slow. Then I didn’t even get my meal first when I was waiting in line.
Well they're fast they're efficient and the food is good and I had the cheeseburger the number one but when I dug the hamburger out of the package I thought I was eating a kids meal
Disappointed at this morning's burrito. Been coming to Buckley and Mississippi for about 5 months now without issues. The burrito I got will have to be eaten with a fork as half the insides were exposed, tortilla too low down. ?

Had the spicy chicken sandwich and wild fries. My friend had the guacamole burger with wild fries. Glad we don't have this place in GJ because I'd be eating there all the time! Lol. I love their fry sauce, too!
I got a frozen burrito from here this morning!! When I got home thats when I noticed it was literally ICE cold. So I called and wanted them to make it right. The manager told me all he could do was write my name down so I could come get a free one anytime I wanted it, except for right now. Then I asked for the corporate managers name and the guy tried to tell me "he couldn't give me that personal information"This place is a joke!!! The staff are extremely incompetent!!!Edit: I'd also like to add, he didn't even give me all of my money back. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
Speaking in generalities , Goodtimes has really tasty burgers.. but they need to increase the size of their burgers. As it is now they are too small.. its like the size of a slider. They are pricing the burgers like they are double the size and are only delivering half the size.
Every Good Times we've visited is always clean, friendly with great service and good menu items that are served hot and as ordered.
still my favorite fast food burger place. no matter what store I go to its always amazing . I wish yall didn't close all your locations in Colorado Springs.I like the fact that you are making your wild sauce in house . my only suggestion would be to fill the plastic containers most of the way full so that we are being more conscious of all the plastic we are putting into our earth. also be more consistent with how much sauce is in them. one container was half full another barely had any in it. this is the main reason you didn't get 5 stars is because of the impact you are making negatively on our world. also a suggestion i have is you should start jarring up your sauce and selling it. a pizza place called cosmos does it with their spicy ranch and instead of getting containers of it we always just buy a jar.if you do start doing this and making money off it id appreciate free food for possibly starting something new for yall. also would love to see yall expand into other states.if the owner sees this id be happy to set 9-12 minutes aside to run other ideas and talk business with you .
