I would say these are probably some of the worst fries I’ve ever received. How are they so greasy but, so under cooked. But I guess the wings were okay asked for crisp they were very much so soft. The price is not worth the quality for me.
This is not about the food. The food here is always fantastic. This is about the lack of customer service and accountability by employ and management. On Friday, 24 June at 5pm I orders wings online. The order says it will be ready @ 5:26. I arrive at Golden Flame - Aurora to stand in line for 10 minutes to be told my order will be ready in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the line is still outside of the door and not one employee is trying to call out orders that are sitting on the counter and in the back shelves to clear out customers. I asked the counter employee to please say something to the customers but she said that wasn’t her responsibility. I wonder if it takes customers to start fighting and the police to be called before it becomes the responsibility of someone employed here. There is no semblance of order here. The only orders being called are those for door dash or grub hub.
The wings are hottest and they have mild too the beer perfect dry dock apricot blonde and the seasoned fries absolutely awesome.
I was a big wing stop fan but this place won me over with the amazing sauce. I got the golden flame sauce as it's the traditional hot wing sauce. It was so good and a bit unique. Enough to be normal hot wing sauce but also a little different to be special. Also the wings were better as well.
Not bad place. Eat there about 1 - 2 timea a month. Not sure if they were extra busy but today's order was... not the best. My boneless wings were deep red to death and the carrots/celery were old...
Our new favorite spot! Food is served HOT and quicker than a fast-food restaurant. Staff is very friendly, attentive and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to this Team (front/back house) for a great first experience.
The wings are still the only thing worth ordering. The new "cheddar cheese" and jalapeno fries is just nacho cheese. Between that and the kids running the audio system. I don't think I'll be back for the food or the ambiance.
We've been customers the Aurora Golden Flames for years and loved the service and food, but the last few pick up orders the wings were fried so hard we could only eat a few pieces. When I called let them know the person that answered the phone was beyond rude! She had a SUCKS TO BE YOU attitude. Like what do you want me to do? First time shame on you, but me giving them a second chance is to mess up a 40.00 order again is a sign to neverorder food from this location again!
Love this place. Fast moving and friendly. I've enjoyed several of their wing flavors, and their sides are great, especially their fries. Atmosphere is casual, sometimes noisy, but a perfect place to enjoy delicious, reasonably priced food and hang out with friends.
I’m not a huge fan of wings but my husband is, and this is by far the best wing spot I have ever tried. They do not skimp out on sauce, super crunchy and delicious, yum!
