First time going to try this place and I understand everyone wants to go home at the end of the day. But I placed an order at about 8:30 and watched all three workers on duty come out from the back and cancel my order saying they couldn’t make it.Then to see them shut off the lights at 8:45 and then one worker proceeds to light a cigarette while standing in the entrance with it open. Doesn’t look cleanly whatsoever.Maybe I’m lucky I didn’t try it?

Stopped for a lunch special and will definitely be back. Best crust in Aurora! Closest thing to NYC style we’ve found. Plus, the manager (Darius) and the entire team we interacted with were friendly, hard working, and seemed really focused on customer service. Fair prices. Great service. Homemade ranch. Crispy crust. And great lunch specials! Can’t wait to try something else but the sliced pizza was top notch. Service was 10/10.

TBH was disappointed, big time. My kid picked the spot because she wanted spaghetti ? and I thought Garlic Knot, ok. I was remembering garlic knots from Brooklyn Pizza (not a chain) and hoped to get something similar.The garlic knots here were dry and crunchy on the ends, raw in the middle.The Stromboli was entirely raw inside and dripping grease. I put a picture and you might say, oh hun, that's cheese. NOPE. cheese on the left, pure dough on the right. You don't have to believe it, you can try it yourself.Staff was super nice overall, but heard cursing and farting... A lot. Wow. Food is gonna be great guys.On the upside, the little one ate the spaghetti ? like she hadn't eaten in days (hmm, has she?) and said it was great.I'd probably pick another spot before spending $ here again.

This location is horrible. they did not get my order right and when I called the initial person put me through to "the cook". when I told him my concern he was very rude did not offer a solution. He told me we did it right when in fact when I told him you've lost my business he told me Cool right on. I hope all other locations are not like this. Not a good business plan. most of the reviews for this location are bad. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Not to my neighbors, friends, or co-workers. As matter of fact I will recommend either a different location or other restaurant. Thanks for the RUDE awakening.

Great pizza, one of my favorites in Denver metro area, but since they outsourced the call center it's been a nightmare ordering food ahead of time. Of the handful of times I've called in my order, it was wrong twice and it didn't even go through another time. Luckily the in store staff is great and tries to make it right. Please stop outsourcing your phone system!

Ordered large cheese pizza which was fine also ordered 2 ten piece garlic knots, and OMG! they were raw! I guess it was more important for the guy to go outside than bake the garlic knots I was so disappointed not only were they raw they were tiny tiny I never saw anything like it before very disappointing word of advice to the person making them take pride in what you do because you will never get anywhere halfass doing anything even garlic knots!

Would rate higher if I could actually talk to someone in the store to place a phone order, or get delivery direct from the business. Funneling all these orders via DoorDash costs customers an additional 20% at a minimum. Very poor business model for the customers. Food is great though.

I love the food. When you call the number to place an order you are connected to a call center (did not used to be that way). My operator was not real good.I then wanted the order delivered. It automatically went to Door Dash. I hate Door Dash. My experiences with them delivering food at work it terrible. 3/4 of the time you never get it delivered. If I had known this time I would not have ordered. I'm wondering if I will see my dinner

Great food, even better customer service!

This used to be my go-to spot for good pizza, but recently their business is just poor. The website will say pick up approx 30 mins for pick up and then you place the order and the confirmation will say an hour to an hour and a half. Then tried to call and cancel the order bc I don't want to be eating at 730pm and you can't even get a person on the phone.
