This was my first time ordering from Freddy's and I'm extremely disappointed with what I got. Out of the 12 items, only 5 items were in the bag sealed by three stickers. My combo alone cost almost 20 dollars and all I got was a super thin burger. I didn't get my large dirt n worms concrete or my large chili fries. My roommate didn't get his large chili fries and our friend didn't get his onion rings. I paid 65 dollars for 3 sandwiches, a drink and a reg concrete. Not a good experience.
My wife and I both had waffle cones. Mine was half chocolate and vanilla and my wife had vanilla only. Pretty good soft serve.
It's just disappointing. The fries are oversalted shoestrings that lack any actual flavor. The burgers are things that make you full (if you prefer at least a double) but you are left wanting something that has actual flavor and meat. When all you can taste on a burger is mustard, onions, and pickles, that's am awful excuse for a thing that one day wishes to be a real burger. 0/10 would not recommend.I will say the staff is nice, the place is clean k including restrooms), and it looks appealing. The food and the concept of it is just bad.
The food here is always good. It's fresh and delicious! I don't care for the fries because they get cold within a minute of serving, but the burgers are amazing. I love the patty melt sandwich the most. So flavorful!
Just average for a Freddy's. All the food tasted under seasoned and seemed extra greasy today. I do recommend dipping the fries in Freddy's Fry Sauce to give them a flavor boost. Also the hot dog to bun ratio was off with way too much bun. Most of the tables also didn't look like they had been cleaned for a while and we had to clean one ourselves. Bathroom was also out of paper towels.
Good food, fun string fries, pretty fast service, and we witnessed them having someone cleaning the tables after people left so that was nice. We also had desert there and that was great also.
I love Freddy’s and usually they are amazing but I ordered a California burger with no onion and they gave me a regular cheese burger -.- I’m super disappointed. Coming home and finding out that it’s not what I ordered. Just super disappointed. Never doing Freddy’s again!!
Have been to 3 Freddy's in the Colorado Springs area since I came here to visit a couple of weeks ago. The staff at ALL of them were friendly and helpful. I am not a hamburger person, so I was pleasantly surprised how good the food tasted. I came from California where In n Out is a big hit,, but this is so much better,, and the fries are always hot. As a veteran, I also appreciate the military discount!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was awesome, the burgers were really juicy and the concrete was also delicious.
I know this location is struggling with staffing. However, they made my ice cream and didn't hand it to me while I sat at the drive through window for over 10 minutes. They handed me a melted mixer that was a puddle. I was the only customer there and they wouldn't remake it. I have gone other times where it is better.
