Had an amazing service here with Dolores B. she's so adorable, very friendly & sweet. Gave a great service to my family & i. Very professional & i highly recommended to everyone. We are definitely coming back.
Service was solid, friendly and quick. The ice cream was good but the fries were too oil soaked and under seasoned. The fish was too heavily breaded and too oily as well.
Big latina lady at drive through with glasses was very rude to my mother. Had a staring issue the entire time for no reason, bad attitude, and terrible customer service. No one was even there and it took forever to get my food in drive through so I don't know what the night time staff is doing. Holding their hands? Needs to be a serious change in staff in management .
Would not recommend! Overpriced for the size and quality. You’ll waste your money and not be satisfied. Poor customer service as well.The woman at the window seemed annoyed with me (I seriously placed my order and pulled up to get it. I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary, changing my order, or making it complex) my burger was paper thin and super salty, almost to the point of not finishing it. The fries were alright. The best thing in my order was my lemonade, which they fill more than half my cup with ice, so I could hardly enjoy it.Was suppose to get an email for some coupons to come back, but never got my email :(
We sat in the drive-thru line for about 30 minutes. When we finally got to the window the lady acted like she had no idea what she was doing. Gave us our drinks and said have a nice day.... we had to remind her that we ordered food too. She was so confused and kept looking around her like we were lying. We waited another 5 minutes for her to finally give us our food. She wasn't very nice, kept acting like she was never trained and was just thrown at the window.
I give this location 3 stars because it 50/50 what kind of service and food you will get. Most of the time they will either forget something or the food itself is cold or not what was ordered. Once in awhile they will do good but if they ever open up another location near by then that is where I will start going but until then they are lucky this is the only one near my house.
First time going here. The custard was delicious. It taste like a extra smooth ice cream
The best fast food burger in the business. Super thin and crispy patties and the jalapeño fry sauce make a fantastic combination.It took a little while to get the order, but I assume that’s because this place is actually fresh and made to order
Amazing that they cant get to-go orders right but they usually get in store orders right. Im guessing that management has no emphasis on making sure they take care of their “to go” orders.Nothing like paying $50 and having to come home and eat something you didn’t order. Expensive and incompetent
The food is always really good! However, they have a new system & we were told that the app isn't working. That's not cool. I would've ordered something a lot cheaper. I have enough points for a free double meal & can't use it. That really irritated me.
