Love this place. The food here is amazing. I had a meatball sub and it was loaded and the bread was toasted really well. Check this place out!

This location is DISGUSTING. Everything in the restaurant was dirty (tables, floors, soda machine, doors). They girls working took FOREVER and we were the only people in the restaurant. Lastly, the employees were talking about how much they disliked working for Firehouse…. Very unprofessional.There are lots of options of places to eat in the area, so avoid this place.
Friendly staff. Sandra was very helpful and friendly. I guess the downfall would be the menu is hard to read. To small of print. Would recommend though, good food.

We just got home from this location, and are very frustrated. My partner and I were very specific about what ingredient we wanted on our “build your own” sandwiches. For example, I asked for a turkey with mustard, olives, and pepper chinis only. When we got back and sat down to eat, my sandwich had also been created with tomato, lettuce, mayo, onion. The two girls who had created our sandwich were not paying any attention to what we wanted on it. Lack of attention here for sure.
Gotta always get the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. That thing is divine! And the employees are always so nice.

The food was great. Looks like they have a couple new people (yay employment), so that made things a little slower than usual - but it was good.The store was pretty messy tbh, so that's why only four stars.
Very friendly staff, fresh subs, quality ingredients, clean environment and facilities, and a great charity cause. What's not to love!
