Great sandwiches, original, not like other sub shops. Don't care for the ham as it is real sweet. Jamaica jerk is amazing. Their soda is better than most with the '100 different flavors' machine. I have been here many times over past 3 months and never had a bad experience. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
Food is greatService is terrible. We walked in only to be treated like we are a burden. The young dark haired girl was obviously annoyed with us, the only customers in the store. She flew by our order and when we wanted to customize it we were once again treated like a nuisance.Turns out our order was slightly wrong. There's no way in hell I'm going to go complain about that right now. I know when I'm not welcomeNot coming back to this location
Worst service I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Me and my parents and my 3 year old nephew came in. There were 4 to 5 young people working, and someone who looked like a GM who was up front for a few seconds when we first walked in, and then stayed in the back. The young lady who took our order seemed to be the only one working. They other 4 were just sitting and talking. Our food was great, but the most upsetting thing was their language. In a 45 minute visit, I probably heard the F word said at least 50 times, their conversation in front of customers was extremely inappropriate. The restaurant was filthy, and seemed like the dinning area hadn’t been cleaned all night.
Normally one of my favorite restaurants. Went in today and it was 3-4 young people working behind the counter and as I walked in I was told it would be 20miniute wait before I could order by the young lady with the black hair. About 2 minutes later a Caucasian couple walks in and the girl proceeds to take their order right away. So I immediately stand up and get in line because obviously the woman behind the counter had lied and was holding some sort of unspoken prejudice against me to tell me to wait 20min in an empty restaurant during lunch and then takes another couples order right after telling me that with a smirk on her face she takes my order asks if I would like a pickle on the side and doesnt even put it in my order. Doesn't apologize for poor service or anything just proceeds to ignore me. Worst service ever and the newer generation is not trained properly at all and are rude . The only good thing was the sandwich. That was it. Management should write up the ladies at the store today
Went to try something new today and came across this gem, had no clue what to order but a really awesome gentleman named cooper working there was patient and helped me decide what I was going to eat, I ended up getting a Italian sub and it was amazing, I will definitely be coming back again to try something new there and I hope I see that awesome worker again.
We love Fire House Subs. We eat here a lot and belong to the loyalty program. On this last order we got a large sub free. We order on line and by the time I get to the shop the sandwiches are ready.
