I’ve ordered carry out from them multiple times and they seem to have a very hard time getting orders right. Most of the time they ignore your instructions and just give you the standard version of the sandwich.

I am in the process of moving and came in under dressed to purchase my movers lunch. I was treated poorly by the cashier, Rod. He was losing his temper and had a rude tone in his voice. Then, when the next customer was ready to order his entire demeanor changed and was very polite. This is the last time that I will be coming into this establishment.

I'm so sad! We had a service to go to and went out for lunch after. The employees were wonderful and very quick, although from experience I know that doorbell greeting gradually erodes your soul so stop forcing them to do that, please. No one is genuinely that excited to make sandwiches.Anyways, it was a rough day and I've always loved this place previously. The location I used to frequent went downhill drastically so I was skeptical but it's hard to agree on a place to eat so in we went. Our food was tasty, the same amount of insanely messy as always, we went our separate ways. A few hours later, I'm sick as a dog. I text my buddy, find out they were woken up that night also sicker than all. Did we get food poisoning from this location, or is my body just not used to eating food like this anymore? Pretty strange for us both to be sick after the same meal - and again after the leftovers (I mean, why not test it and see, right?).So, TL; DR - nice place, food quality felt the same but potential food poisoning? Sad. Not going to return, my insides deserve better.

I did an online order for pick up. When I arrived the guy says we don't have anymore chocolate chip cookies so I put oatmeal raisin in the bag. Then, I see the bag is tied. I asked if the kids milk was in the bag. The guys says yes. As I am almost out to my car a lady comes out yelling for me and says here's the milk. We get home with the order and its messed up. First, the kids meal I chose a cookie. There was a Rice Krispy treat which my granddaughter doesn't like. Then, our three sandwiches were supposed to have pickles on the side. No pickles. The oatmeal cookies the guy put in the bag because there wasn't any chocolate chip appeared to be a week old. Over baked or REALLY old. If just one thing was wrong, I would let it go but this is ridiculous!
All I’m saying is if google says you close at 9 then why are you closing early..either update your google times or stay open until then. I have never had issues at this location but like come on
Great food and service. Came to firehouse over the weekend. Was greeted by Rod who was polite, friendly and a joy to talk with. Recently moved to the area and am grateful for the kind interaction by this young man and the continued kindness of the staff at this location.
If I'm going to over pay for a sandwich I would rather do it at Firehouse Subs instead of Subway. At least here the quality is better then any Subway and some of the proceeds is supposed to go to first responders. The reason I gave this location 3 stars (or average) is because they messed up the bread on our sandwiches. I was supposed to have wheat and my mother wanted white bread, but when we got them the bread was reversed. They had also forgotten our pickles. When we told them they did give us pickles after the fact. Make sure to check your order if you get food here.
Awesome staff, and the best subs! Don't pass this location up, you'll be glad you stopped by!
