I ate here a while and it was just not good. My sandwich was cold and soggy despite being just ordered. I’m not entirely sure what his name was I believe Rod? I’m not sure what his problem was but he was extremely rude and it took probably 10 minutes to get my order. I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and a drink. Overall it was a bad experience at this location. The other locations are much better.
There are two young workers, no line, nothing! I’ve been sitting here for an online pick up order for 10 min. No acknowledgment! Nothing! Someone needs to teach them how to work efficiently anddddddd basic customer service as well.
I ordered a dry Steak n cheese, large. Got the sub headed to the opened my sandwich, took a bite n freaked out , NO CHEESE!!!!! WASNT very funni, had to have the sandwich remade, this made us late for another appointment after getting the subs. My friend had ordered a turkey sub, the sub had ham n turkey, she DOESNT EAT PORK......
Messed up my order twice and it didn't even seem to bother them that they're wasting time and someone else's money when these sandwiches are $13. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Quiznos.

CLOSED EARLY EVEN THOUGH HOURS POSTED REFLECT THAT THEY SHOULD BE OPEN. WHEN CALLED HE BLAMED SHORT STAFFING. HAHAHA I WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY TOO WE ALL ARE. Will be calling back when they reopen to speak with the store manager as this is terrible expectation.
Very good subs. Way better than subway or jersey Mike's. Decent place for the price.
Ok, I enjoy a good Firehouse Sub every now and then, but today they didn't deliver. I decided to try a new sub and ordered a Steak & Cheese. Well I don't see any cheese any where on the sub.The meat doesn't even cover all the bread, and I only see like one or two peppers on this thing. Should I go back I guess I will just have to stick with a meatball sub.
Food is good as usual, the teenagers who work at the store looks tired and lacking the basic customer service experience. Not even replaying to me when I left the store and said Thank you guys!
