The drive-thru crew here was unbelievably awesome! Rather than wait until we got to the window to ask if I would like to replace my drink with something else as they were out of what I wanted, they personally walked out to my car while I was in the line to ask about it, and my husband forgot to ask for no cheese (lactose intolerant) on his sandwich so he asked if he could alter it last second and they didn't even bat an eye and took it off right away. Amazing service.

The employees at this place have messed up my order so many times. Giving correct orders to people is not rocket science and just shows how dumb these people are

They were backordered on lox schmer, but my server suggested cream cheese and a slice of lox and that satisfied my craving.

This was the absolute worst experience I have had through ANY drive through in my life. I’m from Houston, meaning most places are MUCH more crowded. I waited 42 minutes to purchase 2 bagels and a ice water. Once pulling up to the window, my husband asked why it took so long, this girl said in the rudest way, “we’re busy,” and then immediately closed the window on me. After waiting another 5-7 minutes… my husband had to walk inside and ask if the bags that were buy the drive through window was ours and she again was so rude. She then took another 3 minutes to even give us our food. Once she gave us our food, I simply asked for her name.. she gave me my bag and literally shut the window in my face and did not respond to me at all. My husband then walked into the store again the girl working the front cashier her name and her name is AMANDA. (Unless that was a lie). She was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever experienced in costumer service. She should be fired and I will NEVER be going back to this location again which is super unfortunate considering I work 5 minutes away. This employee does not represent the business well and is the face of YOUR company. That’s not a good look and by the other MANY reviews… changes need to be had.And side note: this is the first review I’ve ever felt I had to make. That should tell you something. DISGUSTING and completely DISRESPECTFUL! A simple, “I’m so sorry, we seem to be a little busy this morning,” would have totally changed this entire experience.Also, I wanted to rate this store ZERO stars but I couldn’t!

Love Einstein but I cannot believe how long it takes to get through this drive thru. There is only one lane so don’t stop here if it’s busy because you won’t be able to get out of line. After waiting almost 30 min for 2 bagels we were then asked to tip? Idk about anyone else but I definitely don’t tip at any fast food drive thru.. and we didn’t even get coffee.. 5 star location with 2 star service. Hopefully things change.

Update: Reduced from 5 stars to 1 based upon last few interactions.Used to have great service. While they have plenty of staff, they prefer to chat with one another and act insulted or inconvenienced when a customer places an order. For example, in my last visit, I asked for a bakers dozen of the honey wheat bagels and the staff said they had none. When asked if they could make some (it was 9 am), the cashier gave a dirty look and said they may or may not have it ready in 1 or more hour...probably more but not sure if so (????). This occurred when their was 5 people standing around punching each other in the arm! Go to another location as all Einsteins are not the same. They generally have wonderful customer service, products, and fair pricing.

Hello,I went into Einstein this afternoon ordered me a avocado toast and once I received it it was barely spread it with any avocado and barely any seasoning when I ask politely if they would sprinkle a little bit more they use the excuse of Covid for the reason why they couldn’t except the avocado toast back that they just handed me and Spread the avocado out along with adding a teeny bit more of the seasoning not knowing that when you season the avocado toast correctly that it has a little bit more flavor and that’s the reason why people probably order it.But they looked at me as if nothing was wrong they didn’t understand why I was asking I asked for my money back she made it sound like she couldn’t give me back my money didn’t want to take the avocado toast back although they just handed it to me then handed me a cup of seasoning I feel like they were trying to be funny I don’t understand why all your locations have such poor service..

Good breakfast sandwich holy hell, slowest service in the drive thru. Moved one car length in 20 minutes, no joke. Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to go inside first and even with an open sign, the doors are locked. Drive thru is only option and at this rate, Ill get my food in over an hour with about 7 cars in front.You all need to seriously do something about this. I will not be back.

Always tasty! I swear they make your order perfectly every time. Even their coffee is awesome. Somehow their bagels are better than any other location.
