If you want something specific, ask if they have if BEFORE you hand over your money, because they don’t tell you that they are out of something. They will take your money and make you wait in line for 10 minutes before telling you they are out of an item that you have already paid for. And they won’t offer a refund; instead you will be asked what you want instead.Today they forced me to substitute 3 items from my order. Out of 4, making it a meal I didn’t want but was forced to pay for.
Nice clean healthy food. It depends on the worker to the friendliness of customer service. They open every day until 2 pm. Unfortunately, I do not remember open time. Breakfast is served all day. Check it out.

Wesley the “manager” needs to be fired.Walked in to get my ONLINE ORDER and I grabbed it and my drink was missing. So I went to the counter to get it and before I could even say anything he started being disrespectful and telling me I need to read. And I need to put it back if it’s not mine. That I need to read cause that’s the online pickup and door dash table. Yet the bag said my name. So he’s just assuming that I’m stealing someone’s food. Then they give me the wrong coffee and try to say well there’s two names on the bag how do you know it’s yours. Haha last time I checked you work here I don’t I am the customer. I am here to pick up my food. If you put two different customers on the same bag that’s your own stupidity. Wesley is highly unprofessional and McDonald’s is hiring next door.
Great service. Long line on a Sunday morning but it went quick and the breakfast bagels were delicious.

Just stopped in at 9:15 on a Sunday…and they are already out of Everything Bagels? So clearly they ARE NOT baked fresh all day? Ordered one of there many unpopular bagels they had tons of, and it did not come out toasted. Disappointed.
Couldn't figure out the register..couldn't make sense of my coffee order..asked for a green Chile bagel with plain shmear, received bagel with no shmear. Awful experience.
Amazing service and love the food every morning before work. The staff is always friendly and accurate to the T with my orders! Everyone should try breakfast at least once here and get hooked:)
Love their bagels and also tried their Donuts- cinnamon coated and chocolate glazed, along with the cherry yogurt Danish. All were spectacular!!
