I’ve been going to Einstein’s Bagels for over 20-years. But this was my 1st visit to this location. I doubt I’ll be back.1. It was hard to tell it was an Einstein’s. Only small sign outside & the name on coffee mugs & coffee bags inside. Did see a bowler hat/mustache painted on wall in corner, but no Einstein anywhere on menu. I initially thought Google maps had taken me to a place called Bagel Dough possibly owned by Door Dash due to a sign next to front door.2. The bagels were very dry and tasted old. Which is odd. I used to go to an Einstein’s in Albuquerque, NM, and didn’t have this problem and it’s a bit drier weather there than i Colorado.3. These issues made me wonder if this is a franchise & not a corporate owned location. I didn’t see any equipment or signs of boiling/steaming before baking which I used to see in the Albq. location.4. The dining room is still closed. It was odd to see a dining room closed, yet no mask sign and at least 6-people just milling about inside waiting for their order to be ready. It was weird.5. Now, I will clearly admit that I haven’t been to an Einstein’s in about 5-years. If this is how the business has changed, I’m not a fan.I realize the pandemic has changed a lot of businesses. I’m sorry to see this chain lose its good name & vibe. I hope it can find its footing again.….or maybe that Albuquerque location is just the bombdigiggity blowing the curve for the rest of the locations.?♀️
I ordered a bagel sandwich to go (since their dining room is still closed), got back to my place to find an entire half of the sandwich so burnt it was completely BLACK. Clearly, the employees do not care AT ALL about food quality. They saw it was completely black and still served it to me anyway instead of making it again.
Solid coffee. They have multiple breakfast options . Get and go or pull up a comfy chair.
Wow. I have never experienced anything like the service I received this morning. No apology, no concern. Ordered on the app for 6:30 pick up. My husband went for the order and when he arrived was told the order was discarded because they were not open yet. She said she refunded it. She did not. I called to ask if I could pick up the order. I was told it would an hour. When I told her I ordered online with the app she told me that the order is not available. She couldn't refund it because they are NOT affiliated with the app. She said I would need to call the # on the app. No #. Just an email. I won't hold my breath. What?? How? So now$ I spent on my cc will not be refunded. What a crock. So now I sit here hungry, needing to go back to bed. You guys stink! Bad!
Went to pick up my order that I had place this morning to be ready at 6:40 and there was a sign on the door that says that they were not going to let anybody in until 630. Me and several other people were outside waiting to get in and the lady was refusing to let anyone in or deal with anyone's order until 730 because that is when they opened regardless of the sign that they had already posted on the door. And I had told her that I could see that my order was on the table and if she just wanted to hand it to me then she could and then at least I would be on my way but she still refused.
I frequent this Einstein bagels to get the same sandwich almost once a week maybe more. And there's always something wrong with my sound. Today there was no difference but I'm not coming back after this trip. Not only was my bagel hard and dry, they didn't toast it like I asked and there was so much mustard and mayonnaise on it that it was just leaking out of the sides, there was one small piece of Turkey lunch meat and more lettuce than should ever be on a sandwich. It's as if they do not care when they're making your food or maybe it's just my food. Or maybe it's just my food
Another great Einstein's Bagel location, very friendly staff and fast service. The outdoor seating is an added bonus on a nice day. As of Dec 20, 2021 indoor seating is not available.
Like always, Einstein Bagels is my favorite bagel shop. I really liked the staff here, i visited the store when it was extremely busy, but staff handled it very easily. I have seen some store managers getting tensed in the past in other stores when its busy. The store is decorated good too! I have experienced a good morning mood, but the cleanliness should be improved.This store is closed for dining, there were boards on the tables stating so. But there is food on the floor that needs to be cleaned. The only reason for reduced rating is cleanliness. Its really important in the present times to clean and keep the restaurerà hygiene. There were sanitizer bottles that are empty, and spilled coffee at the entrance. That might be just spilled and un-noticed by the staff yet but i have waited for my order for 15 min and reported the spill twice. No one cleaned it!!!!
This is an Einstein bagel shop. It is busy Every time I have gone. There isn't any seating inside but they do have tables and chairs outside. They work hard to get your order out fast.
Ordered curbside and checked in for the pick up. Waited for over 30 min no one ever came out. My order was incomplete and wrong items were received as well.
