These Egg Rolls are King! I've been impressed with every type of egg roll here. They are flavorful and generous portioned. I haven't found a better Vietnamese Spring roll in all Aurora.Entrees are not as reliably flavored, but again, generous. I've found the Thai entrees might be missing authentic seasoning, ex. Pad Thai had a ketchup aftertaste.The lady at the counter/ waitress seems to have good days and bad days. Today, she was friendly. We order viet spring rolls take-out regularly.
I have been to the Egg Roll King several times. I am now writing a review because I truly felt our server was curt. Our meal had large amounts of grease left at the bottom of the take out boxes,enough for us to drain before serving and still a bit much after that. I'm mot sure if I'm more disappointed in the food or the service.
Second time eating at Egg Roll King. Food was excellent but the server's attitude was lousy. Both times she was passive aggressive and growled her responses. Almost made me lose my appetite. My wife and I wondered if our food would get spiked if we replied back with the same nasty attitude. Won't be back again. I've been eating at restaurants over sixty years in six different countries and never received that kind of service.
Do not eat here. Waitress is racist and they charged me for food i didnt even eat!! Yelled at me when i asked for something else because she gave me the wrong thing. Made me pay for it and leave. Horrible and rude customer service.
Terrible. Avoid like the plague unless you like a mimx of overcooked, undercooked, over-sweetened, and under-spiced food that is just all bad and nothing like what it should be.
This is one of the worst Chinese/Thai food restaurants that I've ever been to. Everything is beyond bland. The things marked as spicy simply aren't. The food just isn't good. Everything is too sweet and off. It's got a nice atmosphere but we won't be back.
So I've read a lot of reviews and the word racist is used to often! My family is mixed asian, white and the lady who helped us is not a people person. Did not want to approach our table and when we asked about a drink we were told to read the menu! She was very cold!The place was clean and empty of customers the food was pretty good though!So of you go here just don't expect to have a friendly server.
Went after long time and Ordered togo spicy and gave no spice. Requested for Chilli paste/oil, their own flavor and they offered Sriracha and I asked for Chilli paste and they said very rudely that Sri racha is what they have. Taste of the food is also not that good any more. I guess they have lot of business and they don't me anyway.
Food was not good Drive to federal and Santa fe to 1.35 scoop way better food and you get more for what you pay.
Terrible customer service. I asked the woman to make my food fresh and she was rude. I got my food and it's been sitting out. The rice is soggy and so is my chicken, it's disgusting.
