I've been to Dickey's before and love the food and family friendly atmosphere but this location? Wow. The entire staff was incredibly sweet, patient and helpful to myself and kids. If this is the service I can expect every time consider me a new regular.
The manager didn't put my Mac and cheese in the bag and when I didn't recieve it and called she just kept repeating that she put it in the bag herself. Obviously not because I didn't get it or any of my bbq sauce. How a bbq establishment forgets the main ingredient is beyond me but given the terrible attitude and lack of customer care by the manager I'm not really surprised. After she insisted that she put the Mac and cheese in the bag and didn't have anything else to say she said I could come get a cookie...also said with a bad attitude. So they screwed up, had a bad attitude and could care less about having good customer service. Never returning to this location.
Ordered for delivery. It took about an hour to get here... No big deal. The food was cold when we got it and we were missing a whole meal. When my husband tried to call her got hung up on so he went there. He came back with what he thought was the right meal but it was still wrong...badly wrong.
My new go-to for BBQ in town. Tasty, and generous with the Brisket!

Unlike the manger might claim about other low reviews, I am not a disgruntled employee. That said...Update: I changed the rating from 3 starts to 1 after getting off the phone with the manager. He was blaming everyone else did not want to take any responsibility and it just proves this store is a mess and you should find a different location. I am writing this as a person who has foodservice background and know it can be difficult however refusing to take any responsibility is ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money.By the way, if you order though DoorDash after this comment is posted there is an error. The manager said he has cut off business with DoorDash and our orders should not be going through. Spoke with DoorDash and they are investigating.Original Post:Ok so the food is good but on multiple times ordering through DoorDash they failed to deliver the sauces and other things that were ordered. I called today and they tried to blame it on the driver. If it did fall out it is because they did not properly pack the food. Own up to the mistake and try to prevent it in the future. This will be the last time I order from them since they seem to not know how to properly fill orders, get an attitude when confronted, and then get an attitude when I call them out on it. Not the type of people I want to give my money to; there are plenty of others.
Only one star!. Was just there, out of chicken, Turkey, brisket...3 out of 4...very disappointed since the base price was $65, probably would have been around 80....
I saw an ad on Facebook for a $4 pulled pork sandwich on Mondays. We went in to get it and they would not honor the deal charged us full price. The food wasn’t great and was cold. Sauce was bad. Luckily we had sauce from our favorite local BBQ joint to spruce up the sandwiches.It seems this place has issues, because they were dealing with another unhappy customer when we arrived. Wish we had just left.This was our first and last time coming to Dickies.
