Pathetic. Love waiting 19min for a small order *placed online ahead of time* while 2 people mess around in the back on their phones on FaceTime not doing anything or helping each other out. Not coming back.

Ordered online, missing 1 of 3 meats and 1 of 4 sides, tried calling to rectify but they do not answer the phone. Had to drive all the way back just to talk to someone there. Will not order again.Update: I brought back 90% of the incorrect order as some was already plated up and was offered a refund by the staff at the time. Today when I checked my account no refund was issued and they are refusing to give a refund now based on 10% of the food not being returned.The management at this location seems to be running a scam since a number of reviews have the same issue.
Terrible,I ordered the Pit Dip sandwich, their version of a French dip. The sandwich was dry overcooked meat. My wife had brisket which was moist and flavorful nothing like I received. They ran out of au jus but failed to tell me until I paid. The staff overcharged is on our drinks,and when we complained the clearly were not comfortable speaking English.
I had an excellent meal here today. I had a two-meat plate with sliced brisket and polish kielbasa as the meats and cole slaw and mashed potatoes as the two sides. Everything was properly cooked and tasted good. The girls behind the counter were polite and courteous. Hopefully, I will be back soon ?.
The people taking orders do not speak or understand English... And messed up the order so many times.took a while for them to understand that we wanted wings. And boy when we opend the box of wings they looked terrible . Like no flesh at all. And absolutely no flavor. Didn't understand how this place is still functioning!!! Paid $10 for buch of skinny bony wings which were absolutely disgusting.
Staff was very nice and prompt. I ordered 1lb. of brisket. Sadly, the brisket was dry and stringy. Maybe that is how some people enjoy but it was quite unpleasasnt. Therefore, the two stars are for the staff and welcoming attitude. Maybe other items on their menu are quite good, but I personally will not go back for their brisket.
Absolutely terrible!! Ordered 2 sliders and 2 sides. Took a bite of the beans, no flavor at all. Tried a tiny piece of brisket, dry and flavorless. Sausage, cold. Was told that since I touched the meat, they wouldn't refund me. Would give zero starts if possible. Don't waste your time.
I used to go to this location all the time until they changed the people that were working behind the counter and replaced them with kids and of course kids really don’t care about too much and they do filthy things with their hands and don’t wash a lot of the time.. There was one kid behind the counter that really cared about the food, the clients and the company but I feel like this location will make a lot more money if they upgrade their staff.You have to care enough especially when dealing with people food! It’s probably been about three months since I’ve been back and they probably lost at least $300 from my lack of business alone. Get it right and then keep it tight! Fr
I liked that the guy working behind the counter recommend the chicken, it was so moist and flavorful. I wish I had it for every one of my meal preps.I didn't really like the brisket I think the flavor just wasn't for me, my wife liked it though.
Horrible service. All young kids working there at the time we had dinner there. But they were messing around with each other not working. Biscuit was half frozen, food was horrible as was service. Will never go back! Would give negative stars if it was an option! Paid good money for a horrible experience! Was our 1st and last time there. Have told several people about our experience. They had similar experience there!
