Went in ordered some food and they served 3 other people before they gave me my order. The guy who gave me my order didn't even know if it was my order , and half the order was missing and the other half I did get was wrong. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE

Ordered through the app. 2 Del Tacos, Epic Crispy Chicken & Guac Burrito, and 3 Chicken Guac Crunchtadas. The burrito was not customized as requested, it was cold when it arrived. The shells in the Crunchtadas were soggy the guac was brown, no chicken, no sauce and yet the shell was soggy?Everything except the tacos looked like they'd been premade and sitting out for a while. The delivery driver made it to us super quick so I know this didn't happen between store and arrival. Tried calling the store 5 times and no answer, finally called the customer service hotline, they were great. After receiving this garbage, I'd rather have ordered Taco Bell!
The old adage, you get what you pay for. The taco special was cheap. It was fast food. I've never had the bean burrito. But I'm guessing it's not a good choice early in the morning. ?
I NORMALLY avoid this entire area but had a craving for tacos so I stopped to order while giving my order the clerk was rushing me and being very short with his patience I looked in my rear view mirror and noticed no one was behind me so I asked if he could give me about 2 minutes to order he then replied that he was on a time frame with the drive thru I then decided to go inside to order and noticed there were only 2 customer in the entire building that were already seated and eating their food so I asked what was the rush he seemed to have been talking to another employee while leaning against the wall he then told me "audios" at that point I replied the same response back to him and decided not to order then immediately walked out shocked and surprise of his behavior. I will never return to this location his behavior and attitude was totally unacceptable. For this interaction I have given one star because zero stars wasn't an option. This happened around 3:15 pm on 7/3/22 the guy was a young Hispanic male about 5'9 or taller unfortunately I didn't get a name.
I usually like Del Taco but today was an exception. The drive-thru person, while friendly, was very difficult to understand and I was forced to repeat myself numerous times. The food was poorly made, very cold and very very messily wrapped. Never a good thing for a drive-thru service. They are only receiving the 3 stars because their window person was friendly. Otherwise 2 stars would be generous…

Ordered 4 beef and nacho cheese crunchtadas and they had NO BEEF! and NO NACHO CHEESE! Completely disgusted! Not comming back!
Fast, friendly staff/service and the food was hot and delicious. I've been eating at this location for 20 years, no complaints here.
Asked me what sauce during order. Asked me what sauce at window. Got no sauce. I know it was getting late but you asked me twice and I didn’t check. Taco without sauce.
Every Saturday night they won't take our order, there's a recording that keeps saying to come back in 15 minutes. Come back 15 minutes later. Same thing, all night.
