The line (when there is one) moves quick and the staff are always helpful and they get your food/icev cream out to you quick!

Really good service, good ice cream, but a lot of the time blizzards come poorly mixed, with nothing in the bottom of the cup but ice cream. Tastes great still!

Staff was very friendly. There was a line when we walked in but it moved fast. Our order was up quickly and accurately.
I frequently stop at this DQ and most of the time they do fairly well. However, during my visit today they did not perform well.I always get exactly the same thing, banana split blizzard with no pineapple and extra banana. The banana is always in chunks. It was obvious that when they made it there was excess and they slide of some of the blizzard as waste. The top is where most of the banana is.I went to my car and found no chunks of banana. So I took it back into them and said there is no banana. Thier response was there was a whole banana in it and the banana was blended into the blizzard. That would be the first time that ever happened. I went back to my car and ended up taking it back inside and leaving it on the counter. Noone said anything about making me a replacement. Definitely not pleased with their disregard with my opinion about the quality of the product they provided me.DQ is my favorite place for ice cream. However, if I am in the Southlands area and want ice cream I will go to Cold Stone or another place to get ice cream.Although, I will more than likely will give them another chance someday. I can tell you that it will not be anytime soon.

What an awesome ice cream place! Not only is the ice cream really good, but the service is also exceptional, and the employees are extremely nice! The employees definitely deserve a raise!
Exactly what you would expect from a classic DQ (Dairy Queen)! The location is always quite clean when I have gone to buy ice cream. They also have a nice little outdoor area for enjoying ice cream and other food you may buy from here. They have ice cream cakes for sale from the fridge if you want something special to take home. The bathrooms have also always been clean when I have gone. Thank you, DQ near Southlands!!!
It's a nice place to get fresh ice cream, they employees are also very attentive!
