Hours across the web are listed open until 10pm. I placed a pick up order at 936pm thru the Dairy Queen mobile app and arrived for pickup at 950. Doors are locked and the young kids inside are telling me they’re closed and they close at 930. Nobody bothered to call me, and there’s no way to cancel or request a refund thru the app. Best they could do was take my name and order and have it made for me the following day. Update your hours where needed please and if an order is received because you neglected to make necessary changes to hours than you should honor the order. If you’re not planning on honoring the order than do the professional thing and contact the customer at the very least.Obviously this is an ongoing issue for over 6 months. What is it going to take you the franchise owner to do your job? How hard it it to actually change the hours? Maybe we should just start reporting this location to the franchise. Ridiculous.
We love coming here but we came in at 1 pm on Saturday and they were sold out of the fruity berry dip for the dipped cone… we got the dirt Oreo blizzard instead which was good!! Only reason for 4 stars is not having the dip in stock on probably what of been a good day to have it.
This was actually a bad experience. I was there las week, My daughter loves ice cream and so for her past 5 birthdays she has gotten gift cards, well your machine has trouble reading your own gift cards so I literally swiped 2 gift cards, brand new, they both have a balance of 15 dollars so I pulled all the tricks that I knew, I swiped it with a paper receipt on your machine and wouldn’t accept it and the cashier said he had no other way it could work except out of curiosity I tried another location and the cashier told me they could do it manually. I would advice for your cashier to be more helpful this young man with a Tennesse accent told my daughter and I pretty much that we had to pay another way instead of her using her gift catds. I know he was busy but he knew it could have been entered manually he seen me struggle trying to swipe it any way n he just stood there and didn’t suggest to enter in manually. Please train your cashiers to have patient and to be more helpful, I hate that this happened in “Aurora” I went to up north in Northglen and you can tell a difference with the cashier wanting to help us.
Great fast service. Clean r restrooms. And fun fun fun I've cream. Can't get better than that.
I placed an order online around 9:35pm ish for pickup and paid for the food because this location said it closed at 10pm. My ETA was 9:57pm which was also the time my order would be ready at according to my order confirmation. However, when I got there no one was there and it was closed already. I will be calling tomorrow for a refund but very inconvenient for sure! Will not be going back after getting my refund.
The guy working today was by himself but he did a damn good job! Very polite and worked at a good pace while keeping orders accurate; I was impressed at how good my ice cream looked.
Whenever I order delivery, they consistently get the order wrong or I have $10+ worth of items missing. I wouldn't order delivery from here, I'm highly disappointed.
They don't take care of their customers even the ones that came in and were told they would get taken care of next time, bc they lost that policy in between the time I was told I would get my free blizzard to the time I came in to ask for it they won't take care of someone that they already told they would take care of. My name was taken down on a piece of paper by a short little Mexican get and there was a taller younger kid there with curly hair and I think he may have had braces, but now all of sudden she's the only short Mexican girl that works at dairy queen and there's no boys there with that description..... How funny. I've been coming to this dairy queen for like 10 years and now all of a sudden they don't have a care in the world for you. Fine. I won't go there. And none of my friends and family will either.
