Good food, fast...for the most part. Depends on who's working that day. Easy location to get to. Lots of tasty food options. Been here a few times and it's always been a different experience. This visit was no exception. They had about 6 people working, which was good compared to the 2 they had last time. It's a pretty busy store around dinner time. Both inside and at the drive-thru. Our food came out with lightning speed this time (took nearly 30 minutes last time.) Unfortunately, the sides came to us warm, but the chicken was cold and had to be re-cooked which took all the moisture out of it. Even as busy as it has been when I've been there, it's still fairly quiet if you go inside to sit and eat.
Terrible waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes after placingmy order for threeblizzards and a shake, while the cashier and other employees were talking to another employee who was not working and from what I overheard is she was there an hour and a half early to pick up her sister that also worked. Meanwhile the lobby continued to get packed with customers, door dash drivers and a a couple of customers were there before I placed my order and were still there after, along with two or three customers that came in because they didn't receive all there orders through the drive thru.
Employees are clearly overworked, can't keep up with orders even well after the "rush" is over. Clearly another case of management trying to run on skeleton crew and expecting everything to just keep working.Staff was noticably rude to each other and customers (I still chalk this up to Management's fault! They're definitely overworking them)
I love DQ but this one has made my family and I start going to Andy’s Custard because the wait times in the drive-thru are ridiculously long, the lobby is never open anymore and we always hear the excuse of the swirl ice cream is not working. I used to work a drive thru for another “big name” food industry and we never gave that excuse. Either clean the machine, get it fixed or stop offering the twist option on your menu.
The food has been tasty the times I've visited. The cheese curds are amazing and I've always loved the strawberry sundae! Sadly, they seem to be short staffed quite often. One time the dining room was closed because there were not enough employees and we had to go through the drive thru and eat in our vehicle.
Another one bites the dust. Brought my food, along with my wife’s out, said they were going back to grab our son’s food. Mind you this was 35min before our meal was initially brought out to us. Another 15min of waiting, go up to the counter, come to find out our son’s meal was never started. Line cook told the counter clerk, sorry, but we’re busy. You won’t be busy much longer is your level of service stays on this course.Get your sh&$ in a group!
I haven't had Dairy Queen in years due to lack of locations so this was the perfect treat!
The A1 burger combo with onion rings is very good. DQ is a little expensive but its worth it to me. Dining area was clean and plenty of tables available.
Thanks for the free meal Lmao. Yea.. I'm not paying a cent when a worker calls me a dumb A when she was the one who gave me my food 1st, instead of collecting the payment lol.
Went to this location tonight they were out of a lot of things. The person that was taking my order was rude about it. So I got a blizzard instead. I asked for them to put a lid on it. Got home my medium blizzard was less than half full. Very disappointed..I don’t think I should of paid for a medium sized.
