I frequently stop by here for lunch. I work at a hospital nearby. After today, that will never happen again. The woman at the cash register was pleasant, as usual. The woman taking orders and making food was obviously in a very bad mood. It happens. I wasn't upset about that...To make a long story short, I needed a refund because they didn't have all the ingredients to make the sauce I asked for, which wasn't told to me when I placed my order. Instead, they just put a chili sauce (I think) on my noodles and chicken. In no way did it taste like anything that I normally order. The woman at the register needed help from her co-worker to access a refund. I stepped aside and waited for her to get help. I looked up from my phone a few minutes later and both employees are making food for people who are just walking in. I was obviously not a priority at that point. I only have a certain amount of time for my lunch break. After realizing they would get to me when it was convenient, I threw my food away and left without a refund.There are a lot of options in the area. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.
Every time I come here I always have a great experience. Jay (I forgot how to spell her name) and Brian were very nice up at the front and saved the day by helping me right before close with an order. Made sure I had fresh food and offered me utensils and sauce sides. I burnt my cooking at home so thank you for the fast and friendly service. 5 stars!
Got take out tonight for the first time. DELICIOUS. Will be a go-to restaurant from now on.
So wonderful! The kids were both able to get gluten free noodles and bulgolgi. My daughter got it sweet and loved it. My son loved the sweet and spicy. My husband and I both enjoyed a #2 (bulgolgi bowl). I got it level 3 spicy and it was just enough spice to add flavor - perfect! My husband, who loves heat, got a 5 and next time plans to do their famous 7.5 level! We can't wait to come back!
If you want some fast and simple Korean BBQ Cupbop is the place to go. The food is delicious and satisfying. You can also have some Ramen noodles, Korean drinks, seaweed salad and more. The staff are very nice and friendly.
Cupbop has amazing food. I love that they give you bigger cups than the size you order so the cup isn’t overflowing and a big mess to eat. Genius. Can’t wait to go back!

We are so happy we stumbled upon this place!I was shaking my Ugly Cup Bop when I managing to fling it all over the table. The women’s who made it was so sweet, she refused to charge me for the replacement cup bop I was ordering. So sweet!And seriously, the food is phenomenal. My husband ordered the ramen and we will be sure to come back for it. So filling and satisfying.Delicious food and sweet staff - couldn’t ask for a better quick stop!
Heard about this place online so me and a buddy drove out to go try it. My only complaint...I wish the had one closer to parker!!!!It was soooooo delicious. I got the crispy chicken and my friend got a combo of chicken and pork. The pork was seasoned well but I highly recommend the chicken only. Super crispy, white meat but still very juicy. The sauce was creamy and spicy. You can choose your own spice level from 1-10 and 7.5 was good for me. Could have done an 8. There was a sweetness to it as well. It comes piled on top of rice, noodles and cabbage rock are all flavorful on their own but just acts as a really nice bed for the chicken. The price point for what you get there is spot on. Can't wait to come back but maybe hopefully open one closer to parker!
