Definitely won’t be going back here again they didn’t put enough ice cream I just wasted $40

I ordered an "I love it" size through their online service. I went to pick it up and it was in good condition. After eating about a quarter way, I noticed there was another bowl on the inside of my love it cup. After seeing this I felt a bit ripped off.
We had ice cream here couple times. This time i decided to buy my mom’s birthday cake here. The ice cream cake was delicious! The only down turn is everything is little on the expensive side.
Excellent service from the young lady behind the count. I forgot to get her name, but excellent experience over all.
Me & my son went in tonight & the girls working were so AMAZING! I wish I got their names. But all 3 were so helpful, friendly, & energetic. Even my 6 year old was amazed of how nice they were!Fantastic customer service

This location has the best staff on Mondays at 11:30. They were happy, cheerful, and made friendly conversation. I think if you are going to spend a little more on some tasty ice, it’s better when served by two smiling faces. Good work!

Another Cold Stone pretty disappointed that I try to use the coupon buy one get one free and they won't to take it it's already happened to me one time and they called me and gave me my coupon back and I went to go use it again and then once again I could not use it. I put my phone number in when I was supposed to but then they said there was nowhere to press buy on get one free and she gave me half off on one of my ice creams and that was that otherwise I wouldn't have gotten besides that I did just really disappointed this place never honors the coupons and they're rude about it I gave them enough chances over it
