Rating because of the owner and the way he treats his teenage staff is slimy. We will never buy from this store again.

I love coming to this place have for the past 5 years and so happy with the service. Lexi by far is the kindest, most professional. She is a main reason I will drive the extra distance to go here even though I live next door to another store! Thank you Lexi for always making my family and I feel so welcome and important. Even today my son went to go get a Love it for me and she put a hope your doing well note! This is outstanding customer service and really goes so far! Kudos to Lexi!!!
Just received a door dash from this store. Not only had missing ingredients but also a 3inch dark hair in my ice cream. First issue I’ve had with this store as we frequent often, but usually during evening hours.
Great customer service, and of course yummy ice cream! Prices are standard for this area. Store was neat and clean.
We placed a delivery order last week and once our ice cream arrived, I noticed they messed up my order and gave me double of the same thing. I was extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to that chocolate-dipped strawberries ice cream. I immediately called and notified them of the mistake. Unfortunately, since I placed the order through door dash, the company refused to fix the mistake and send out another order. That being said, Cold Stone's manager and Sam took it upon themselves to make sure I was happy and Sam personally drove to my house to deliver my ice cream. Sam even included a hand written note apologizing for the mistake. Not only did they resolve the issue but they even gave me an upgraded size for free because of the mishap. This Cold Stone location has great staff and EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you so much! :)
I just wanted to thank the ladies working tonight as they were on top of their game and knew what they were doing with great customer service and had the GrubHub order ready to go when I arrived.Kudos team!
Delicious and amazing variety of hand made ice cream selections and mix-in options. The 1st mix-in it is free! The waffle cones are disappointingly unremarkable, considering the price almost doubles by including oneThis is a place to splurge. Expect paying at least $8 for a small dip, (w/ waffle cone).But it sure hits the spot.

Very dissatisfied with “Lexi” the girl who checked me out. After paying during a rush hour I was putting cash away and she ordered me that “I can leave now” with rolled eyes very rude customer service. Ice-cream was good and all the other staff was so sweet and efficient. Just sad to see one employee ruin the vibes and service for the whole visit. Overall great staff and ran well. However wont be coming back after this visit due to not feeling welcomed as a customer. Hope to see some changes because the store is usually astonishing. Very disappointing.
All I wanted was to get some ice cream but instead I left very dissatisfied with the rude customer service Lexi gave to me. I felt her response was unnecessary and extremely rude. I am a plus sized woman and a woman of color I got a different response then all the other customers. She refused to serve me and made her nice coworkers serve me instead. When it was time to checkout I got attitude and rolled eyes. I’ve had great experiences at this location but after this encounter she ruined my visit and my view of this store. Some action needs to take place in order for me to return.
