The staff is really nice ? if you want a pizza made to your liking they’ll make a fresh one for you and it only takes 5 minutes. There’s a variety of salad toppings and dressings that are kept cool and fresh. I took off a star because every visit I come the pasta is hard but besides that everything is great.

We love CiCi's and this is a really good location. It was very clean and the food tasted great and was hot (salad bar was nice and cold). Their floor associate Lonnie was very nice and we'll had a nice conversation with him. I am really hoping their prices stay low because we really enjoy coming here.
I've been getting ads for CiCi's and after reading the reviews I thought this would make for a yummy weeknight indulgence. The pizza was oversauced, flimsy and undercooked. It grossed me out so much I brought back the pizza for a refund and ordered pizza from another chain. Maybe this was an off day for them, but I probably won't order here again. I appreciate them granting the refund.
Me and my family have been coming to eat here for years and there’s new people working there just about every time we have visited here, but in every person that has always stayed there is Lonnie and he is very helpful and kind and has the best overall customer service then anyone there. But on this day we came in for dinner he was working on the floor by himself for the entire time with no help, just a bunch of kids standing around talking and on their phones including their manager so unprofessional and tacky.. But I’m very thankful for Lonnie working there all these years because if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t consistently keep coming back here. Thank you for your wonderful service and hard work Lonnie.
Nice stop for inexpensive lunch. soup, salad and pizza. If you don't see what pizza you like they will make it in about 10 min. Check out the pizzas order one if needed and start on soup and salad. It's better then olive garden.
Any time my son and I feel like sitting down and enjoying a nice affordable dinner we always choose Cicis. The staff here at the Aurora (Mississippi Ave.) Location are always so helpful and attentive. The place is always reasonably clean for how busy it usually is. Affordable, helpful, yummy and accommodating what more can you ask for?
Love that they're open until 10pm (Fri). Food was fair but everything was a little undercooked and doughy. They clean the tables but not the tops of the backs of the chairs where people grab them to slide them out because they were all sticky.
Meh... $24 I regret spending. My daughter and I got the buffet and a drink, that was waaaay too much to spend for what we ate, or even had the option to. The selection was lame. The pizzas consisted of pepperoni and cheese , pepperoni and jalapeno, cheese, or pepperoni and cheese with no sauce - with very little toppings as well. Totally disappointed. On the positive side, the pizza was fresh and the restaurant was clean. But we won't be back; I'd rather spend 6 or 7 bucks for Little Caesars, it tastes better and it's a fraction of the cost.
Nice place for a small buffet with pizza! Delicious food. Also have a small arcade for kids/adults to have fun before or after eating. Love going here with my family whenever we can and have a great time.
Cicis is no gourmet pizza place by any means, BUT it’s not terrible either. Large selection of pies, friendly employees, and pretty clean. My girlfriend and I ate here and got drinks for $23. Can’t beat the price
