This is the 2nd visit at this location. The 1st visit was good, but this visit was horrible. Ordered the 8 piece family meal, forgot to check it before leaving, but we i got back home, there was only 4 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits and large mashed potatoes. That's only half of what suppose to be and was still charged $28. Also I ordered half spicy and half original, but they were all 4 pieces were original. I was already home and not about to to back to complain. If you can't get an order right, you shouldn't be working at a food company or any other customer service place for that matter. What losey service.

Worst customer service ever experience in my life. Had problems in the drive thru she couldn't understand so had to go in. Wasn't acknowledge when we walk in. Couldn't add my change right had to help him. Was just terrible Will not be back.
Ordered a 12pc mixed with jalapeno bombers and mac. Got a 12pc all dark with no jalapenos and the mac tasted like coffee. We thought it was going to make us sick so we threw it away. The chicken pieces were also smaller than usual and just weird.
The chicken was hot and crunchy and just pure delicious. We had both original and spicy and it definitely didn't disappoint. Make sure that you get some fried okra and also get a few of those hot peppers. That okra and those hot peppers it's like frosting on the cake.
Expensive, but I guess not anymore expensive than Popeyes or KFC. Best chicken I've had in a while. Pieces are big and biscuits are amazing! My new go to fit fried chicken!
The Butterfly shrimp was horrible and cold! The chicken tenders were not tender and cold! I ate the shrimp that I could and 2 bites of the chicken tenders and that was it! The biscuit was the best part!
I think in terms of fried chicken fast food chain, church’s chicken is a solid competitor. Their chicken sandwich is alright but their pure fried chicken is fantastic. A bit pricey but it has a great flavor. Way better than KFC!
I ordered a bunch of combo meals, got to the cashier and they don't have cup holders. When I asked the cashier was kind of rude and didn't offer to grab a box or offer a bag to carry all of them. Part of my order was missing.
The drive through service was quick and friendly. They had a daily special on an 7 pc dark. The chicken tasted good and fresh, as well as the sides.
This is damn good chicken. For real, no jokes, no funny quips. I'll eat this chickens all day long. Of all the major fast food chicken, this stuff is the absolute undisputed best.
