First of all Chuck E. Cheese is a brand, my child was not greeted at the door with “hello welcome to Chuck E. Cheese!!!” Every other state greets them with enthusiasm. :(And secondly, the service is so slow. It took almost an hour to get our food! For fries..and cheesy bread?! My son wasnt even interested by the time the food came. Also, I asked someone who was doing anything for a to-go box and they sent me to someone else…lazy? If you don’t wanna work then go home. Don’t make my child’s experience suck.Photo: burnt fries, drowning wings, and awful cheesy bread.

Came here for my grandson's bday . The staff was very friendly and helpful. When my cards didn't work they corrected the issues fast with no hassles . Isaiah and Alicia were great to work with .

We hosted my daughters birthday there this morning. We did the vip experience so we had the whole place to ourselves and it was wonderful. Our party host, Annaliese, was fantastic. She made sure everything ran so smoothly and wonderfully. My daughter had a blast and I am so glad we hosted it here.

I had a birthday party today and our server Analise was super helpful and attentive. Would 100% recommend such a great experienceI do see some bad reviews but my experience was nothing less then perfect. Thank you Analise if you get to see this review and I do hope that was your name (short curly hair)

Was here with my family, it was a very nice place and the kids had fun. We even got this picture with Chuck E. Cheese. Though my daughter appears to have been having nightmares ever since we've left the place...

Half the games were broken and the staff was rude. My daughter was trying to get a prize and the lady pretty much threw it at her and walked away. Pretty sure she still had points but it wasn't worth fighting over a cheap toy.

Pizza took 1 hour to be served. Had to go out and bring some outside chips for my son to bare the wait. The place was crowded. Clearly they couldn’t handle the volume of guests. Many machines were not working with no sign to indicate so. The place looked dirty and understaffed.

I was actually surprised. As a kid I don’t remember the pizza being very good. We just went and while it wasn’t the BEST pizza I’ve ever had, it wasn’t bad. A few of the games were broken but most were working. My only complaint was the indifference of the staff. But I understand completely. They deal with this day in and out and just want to get a paycheck. My nieces combined their tickets (which surprised me) to get a larger prize. No acknowledgment of that. Then when we had a few tickets left over, the attendant handed us two other things and then said ok. You are done. Then she gestured to the next group.Like I said, I get it, but it wasn’t the best experience it could have been.

It's not that the food is terrible. No one goes there for that. And it's a lot less scary now that they took out the big animatronic characters. It's the relentless mix of corporate PR and painful-to-listen-to patter and songs played at a volume that drowns out any convo you were trying to have. A soundtrack with saccharine, preachy messages (the bullying song) or jawdroppingly inaccurate info (the 70s song) or both (again, the bullying song) make the food even less enjoyable (if possible). Anyway, the kids had a fun time playing the video games and that's all that matters. BTW, it's the most high-sensory, autism-hostile environment I've seen in years. If you or your kids are on the spectrum, don't go. It'll drain your batteries down completely.

Fantastic service tonight from Cylos and his team of all stars. From the moment we walked in, all the way up to closing time. They all demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, team work, and went above and beyond to create a positive experience for us and most importantly the children. We came in late tonight and the kids were a bit tired and fussy- but the manager and team at this location were patient, understanding, and energetic even at the closing hour! Outstanding leadership and collaboration. We left here energized and with big smiles, thank you!
