Incredibly stingy on toppings!Ridiculous ?And the order was WRONG! NEED TO FOLLOW ORDER! SO IRRITATED HAD ORDER BACKWARDS, SAYS SOUR CREAM, AND NO SOUR CREAM, black beans instead of pinto, " my husnand ordered black beans" no cheese or lettuce! HOME NOW dont want to drive back! Grub Hub take out! THATS WHY YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CHECK ORDER BEFORE LEAVING ANY TAKE OUT!

Small highly customizable menu with decent fresh ingredients how can you not like it. Only thing though your portion size varies when manager is lurking around or not. Even pretty please doesn’t work you are totally at their mercy.
When you order a burrito you expect to have meat throughout; definitely not the case here. I literally only had meat in half my burrito! I opened it up and definitely no barbacoa
I get that it gets super busy around dinner time but maybe they shoule teach them how to roll up burritos (is it so hard to roll burritos?). My burrito is not even a burrito, everything is falling out. Guess I should've gotten a bowl instead.
Embarrassingly slow…The burrito makers seem determined to slow the process down to a crawl. The line is backed up out the door, and getting longer. Half of the staff is standing watching the other workers do their job for some reason. The place is clean enough and the portions are good though. Not as bad overall as some other chipotle’s in the area, but far from acceptable.
I Love Chipotle!.. At least most of them. This one not so much;Half a scoop of meat is not a serving and a full scoop is an added price. The guacamole was barley thawed and took a lot of the enjoyment away. 1 bowl cost $18 and and some change.. I feel like I've been robbed
Food was decent as always but I ordered on the app for pickup and arrived before the estimated time for my order to be ready and waited 10 minutes then asked about my order and was told that it was being prepared. 3-4 other orders were prepared and I again asked about my order and this time I was asked for the name on the order and was told it had already been made. We both searched the rack and again found no order. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff member promptly remade my order within the next 5 minutes.
5/5 food and service. - the line though, and size of the location could be bigger/better. (Not their fault) but it's just so busy that the line goes from the register and often wraps straight through the dining area and back to the back door, so you can't actually eat AT this location most days.
We came in for dinner at the iliff location. We were immediately acknowledged by joy behind the counter. She was an amazing person. Helped us every step of the way. We live 45 minutes away, if not more, and I will definitely be going to that location again next time I'm in the area.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Charged 22$ for a bowl with just meat cheese and guacamole! The employees are rude. Hope they hire people who actually enjoy their job. Or Atleast tell them to be kind. I hope no one goes here again.
