Authentic Chinese northeastern cuisine! The Guobaorou and the fried handmade dumplings are must-try. Will come back if in the area to try other dishes.
The staff was very friendly and appeared to be very happy. That is not always the case at many places. We came in a little later and in the evening, just after 8:00, so it was not very busy. We ordered just after arriving and it took about 13 minutes to have everything made. Really pretty quick. The food was pretty good. We ordered the General Tao’s Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and Curry Chicken. All were nicely done but the “spicy” items were not actually spicy. They added an order of wontons because the had run out of another item we ordered. Overall not too bad. We will be back to try some more items. Thanks China Cafe…
Food and service were excellent. Very good authentic Chinese food. Served with a flair. Could have easily fed two people.
So good! Everything!
Delicious Chinese restaurant with authentic (and Chinese American) cuisine. My husband and I went there for dinner and had the steamed pork dumplings, shrimp fried rice, and sesame chicken. All extremely delicious. They had the Chinkiang Vinegar my parents used to dunk their steamed dumplings in as well. Their hot tea was also really good. We'll be back for sure.
Friendly waitress two menus one for American Chinese and the second for Chinese authentic dishes. Everything was very good. Glad we found this place.
They're very friendly and food is good in my opinion. While East coast Chinese is very different the here in Colorado, this comes closer then most. But there other Chinese menu is probably the real reason people would come to try something different. You have to try a little of both.
Forget HongKong Station, this place offers by far the most authentic chinese food in the state I’ve tried so far. Family owned restaurant. Ever since covid, their business mostly came from takeout. Dont be afraid by the awkward dining experience, the food is great. The lamb soup is excellent! Perfect spice on every dish.
The food is so absolutely delicious, even on a busy Friday night!! We ordered cheese wontons, sweet & sour chicken, orange chicken, veggie lo mein, and chicken fried rice. Everything was so good. My husband is the pickiest eater, this is the first chinese place he didn't have ANY complaints about. We got delivery and it was fast, food was still hot. I've never had a more perfect chinese take-out experience.
Very authentic northeastern Chinese food. We were in town for 2 weeks, and went there twice. The owner was also very friendly. A big thumb up to the restaurant that survived during Covid and able to keep the food quality as well.
