TERRIBLE! Our food took forever to come and when it did, it was so incredibly disappointing. My chicken salad was trash. It was a bag salad mix with no fresh veggies and the chicken on top was barely warm. Could have made one at home for cheaper and better. Don’t think I’ll be coming here soon if ever again. Trash.

Let me start off by saying I’ve never walked out of a restaurant until today. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and sat for about 30mins without being helped. We didn’t get a single acknowledgment from our host or even drinks. She even walked past us over 5 times, and helped all the other tables around us. The table across the aisle from is even told her we needed help and still nothing after 6mins. So disappointed at the server and chilis for not fixing it after it being mentioned 3 times we needed to be helped.

Amazing is all ways‼️ Definitely will go back!

Building was dirty on the outside with previous nights patron' vomit on the side walk. That should have been a clue not to commit to eating lunch there. Inside is okay and what to expect for being clean. Service was nice, fast, and responsive. However, the food was bad. I had the bacon ranch burger and the amount of grease made it almost inedible. My wife had the quesadilla explosion salad and the chicken was extremely dry from over heating. Neither of us finished our lunch. We will not be returning and recommend that you don't either.

It’s unbelievable how much the service here has declined. Right I’m a DoorDash driver to make some extra money and this place treats delivery drivers terribly. For takeout and delivery, there are instructions to park in the To-Go area and wait in your car, and someone will come out to you. For awhile, there was no issue with this. However, recently it seems like they don’t care at all anymore when someone is waiting in the to go area. Even when I’m the only car, I find myself having to wait for a long time, and I’ve seen other drivers go inside and grab the food themselves because of how bad the wait is. Today, I found myself waiting for over 30 MINUTES and no one came out. In fact, there was an employee who kept looking out the window with her air pods in and saw that my car was parked outside and kept ignoring me. The only reason why this is a 2 star and not a 1 star is because there is only one employee who comes out the second a car parks and is very friendly and attentive. Obviously she wasn’t working today. One last thing is they try to fit as much food into one bag as possible to where some of the food containers end up falling out of the bag. One time they shoved 5 entrees into one bag to the point where the bag was ripping, and I had to make sure to let the customer know. I worked in food for 4 years after high school, so I try to be patient but it’s completely getting out of hand with how the new kids working don’t care at all and the management doesn’t put their foot down.

Placed a To Go order at 6pm on a Saturday and picked it up, EVERYTHING ordered was exactly as asked for. We received all the extra sauces and the changes to the entrees ordered (removal of toppings). This sounds like no big deal, but this is really hard to find with Chili's and really is hard with most restaurants, when placing To Go orders. This Chili's in Southlands totally hit the mark, and the guy working the To Go dooor tonight was quick and helpful! I'm so glad we were in the area and ordered from here tonight, would recommend and will order from them again!

Everyone was great and attentive. Our food was tasty and hot. They treated my mother to a molten chocolate cake with ice cream. We would recommend this Chili's to everyone.

Chili’s at this location was disgusting, incompetent and a total catastrophe tonight. I’m giving one star because at least two out of four of our entrees showed up whole or even at all. We had dinner delivered via Door Dash. An entire fajita meal was not delivered. My son’s kids meal burger bites came all sorts of messed up. I swear a bite was taken out of one little slider! And the bottom bun was a random piece of garlic bread. There were no fries, so my son had one tiny burger to eat for dinner. When we called to confront Chili’s about this mess, the manager was very quick to put the blame on the driver for Door Dash and would not accept responsibility for her staff. The manager was irresponsible and absolutely did not display appropriate behavior of one who works in hospitality. We contacted the Door Dash driver about maybe missing our second bag and the driver told us Chili’s only had one bag for our order. The manager on shift tonight should be correcting the problems, not playing the blame game.

Just an all around horrible experience, the server showed up all “relaxed and cool” backwards hat on very non chalant. She was very inattentive, and never brought us silverware, napkins or offered refills. In fact I walked up behind a service booth to grab my own. The food was cold and not appetizing and literally felt as if someone did something to our food as the cooks would peek there heads out from the kitchen at us staring… blatantly laughing and smiling. What kind of circus is this place? Lol.

I used to like Chili's back about 20 years ago then they weren't good for about 10 years. I went again recently and my cheeseburger was SO GOOD! I think Chili's is one of those restaurants that is realing it needs to adapt with the times. Though I do miss some of their old menu from 20 years ago.
