I totally understand being busy, but then update your technology to provide a proper pick up time. I was told 6:28-633pm. Checked in at 6:33...i didnt get our food until 7:38. I called and they said they are really busy, which I get, not upset with the workers doing their best, but have the system reflect at least a somewhat accurate time.The kids grilled cheese, somehow in 90 minutes wasn't cooked or grilled (bread was completely white), margaritas tasted like sour water, kids fries were wet and soggy, skillet queso was cold. Ultimate smokehouse combo was incorrect, cheese fries were and kids cheeseburgers were cold. From my understanding everything else was ready at 7 (still 30 min late) and then sat waiting for the other 30 minutes. I couldn't speak to a manager because he/she was cooking, which really makes me feel bad for them, but nonetheless was a terrible all around experience. I am requesting a full refund and hopefully some additional explanation as we would hope the issues can be resolved and can eat here again.
Chili's is just a fun place to go. Food is good and atmosphere is great for talking. Recommend for a reasonable night out for two, especially their 2 For $25!
Staff was awesome on point drinks filled food right off the grill very friendly.
The FEW times I ever order from this location it just keeps getting worse... There was SOOOOOO much lettuce the fries and the whole burger were both cold and soggy.
Travis was our water. He was very nice, friendly and energetic. We had a large party and didn’t wait long. We had a great experience. All our food was very fresh and don’t take too long. The manager was also incredibly kind, he corrected any slight inconvenience we had. We will be back

It was clean not crowded at the time we were there. Waiter could use some fine tuning. Customer service was slacking. Food was fair.
Awesome waiter. He gave us extra fries and chips to go and was super nice the whole time. Really great customer service and the food was awesome would come back for sure so good.
Service was good and the waitstaff was pleasant. Had the cajun chicken pasta which was wonderful. Great times!
I honestly hate going to this particular restaurant because every single time I put in an order they always screw something up. I usually go to the one in Lakewood where I work and they always do an amazing job but this 1 here in Aurora just can never seem to get it right. The only reason why I have gone to this particular Chili's is because they are 3 minutes from where I live. Every time I come here they forget to give me my sides or if I asked for something extra they just don't include it. I always get dry nachos... just wish they could get it right ugh
