I had a sirloin dinner it was about $13.I don't think it was worth it. I asked for medium well steak. it turned out being very well done and dried out to boot. The broccoli lack luster. I like bread with my meal didn't have the bread and the stuffed mashed potatoes, I think that's what it was called was pretty decent but overall it wasn't worth it. ...So I won't be ordering that again... ☹️

They got rid of all my favorite foods and honestly I didn't like it. They got burgers and such, but I don't eat burgers much. The people were really nice though.
Many issues. Only two people serving (one at the bar another at the dining area), although this seems to be normal these days, service did took a while.Served wrong steak size 10 vs 6oz, and both were well done instead of one medium and one well done. Meat was not good quality either, lots of fibers.Microwave heated ribs were completely dry, like chicken breast. Even with extra sauce they were probably the worst ribs I ever had. I don't remember ever leaving ribs leftovers before.Corn on the Cobb, beans and salad were good.
Loved the first brisket burger but the next had little brisket and this NONE! Patty was well done and bread burnt. This location no longer has quality control…very unfortunate.. I guess it’s MY fault I didn’t look before leaving!
This wasn't our first time. Other times have been better. But this visit was one star.First waitress could not get basic drink orders right: never did get my water with no ice with lemon even after she took the first wrong drink back. Brought Lemonade to my wife instead of strawberry lemonade.We ordered the appetizer Trio Dip with Chips: instead of White Queso brought it with Chili, which wasn't even a choice.After she finally got food to the table, she only stopped by once to set some refills for my mom and sister on the table. My sister had bottomless chips and salsa and never even checked to see if they needed refilled. Besides the appetizers we each had a meal.A couple of the glasses were very DIRTY with noticeable grease and grime on them, when we said something as we were getting ready to pay and even showed her: she said that's the way the dishwasher works and walked off.Can't get drinks right.Can't check on tables.Can't get dishes clean.Probably won't see us again.
We love this place we always go. The last two times we have gone there's an girl at the bar and it just seems to take forever to get our drinks. Other than this the staff is great!
Steven hooked us up.. the wife and I.. took up one of his tables .. waiting on the sister in law... as she is always very timely... he slammed us with the chips and salsa.. drinks..when the very on time sister in law finally shows up.. 45 minutes late.. Steven was all over it.. he was so cool about it.. I mean .. that's a money making spot..everything was awesome food was hot... looked good and came right out.. have stopped here before.. not had any problems. But Steven was the man..
I ordered a regular bacon cheeseburger/ w fries and side salad. All i got was the burger.I also ordered a regular mushroom burger with the same sides. They gave us a kids size fries. The burger had 4 pieces of shrimp mixed in the mushroom. A medium rare patty, mushrooms and shrimp is not a good combination. Not to mention my friend is allergic to seafood and end up having to go to the ER to get a shot and new EpiPen.After calling there and asking for a manager, I was told there was no manager available, so I explained to the woman who answered the phone the situation, she said I should be appreciative I got shrimp for at no charge. ?. Luckily we weren’t present in each other’s face.This location is the worse. I don’t recommend eating here at all.
Always good service and very friendly staff here so solid 4 stars. Today I waited about 15-20 minutes just for 2 margaritas at the take-out door which seemed a little much for 2 drinks but aside from that my experiences here have always been pleasant.
The family had not visited Chili's in years, so, it was nice to drop in for a late lunch/early dinner. Ever entrée was delightful and we are planning to visit more often.
