7/4/22- came here to grab desert and drinks before the fireworks. The put us in the non-bar side and when we tried to order the happy hour drinks they told us they can only be ordered in the bar area. We requested to then be moved over there and told them that if host would have told us that when we checked in it wouldn't have been an issue. While we waited for them to clean us a table in the bar area they brought us 2 waters and mine had something floating in it. When we got our food it was just average. Then they also ended up closing early due to staffing issues. It would have made more sense for them to just close on the holiday then to provide horrible customer service. My star rating of 2 stars is based on their service and the food would only get 3 stars.
DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE! Cold food, sloppy presentation. Loaded potatoes were not placed in a separate container, just put around steak. Gooey, garlicky mess. We waited extra 15 min.at pickup for correct order.
Wish I had got the servers name, she was amazing with regards to our family and 5 small children. She new what to do in regards to keeping the little ones entertained and was on it. Best server and food we have had in a long-time. We will definitely be coming back.
Went in for a simple Togo order. I ordered some burger bites and some egg rolls.When I walked in the bartender was busy and was not able to catch up. She was completely out of control. The bar was covered in dirty dishes and the bar top was pretty sticky. The manager wandered around as if nothing was happening or wrong. My eggrolls got forgot about 3 separate times and took 45 minutes. The burgers were made incorrectly and were incredibly cold by the time I got to eat them. Other people came in, ordered, had a mistake fixed, paid and left in the time I waited for my food.The rest of the restaurant seemed to be running smoothly, or just was just in the bar.Then if you want to leave this kind of feedback on their website you have to have an account (like I want/need that after this experience).The whole experience was incredibly disappointing
OK. My waiter was great. But on my walk up to the restaurant a gust of wind caught the light ON the building and sent it flying at my son. I picked it up and brought it inside. Waited a solid 5 minutes before a host arrived. I told her what happened and her response was "weird. OK." She didn't even ask if my kid was okay. They only get 3 stars because the waiter was quick, friendly and good at his job.
I ate here on my birthday last month and really enjoyed it. So I decided to come back again and no issues. Our waitress Sherri was really sweet and kind with cool tattoos. ? Overall is twas a good night and not too busy. Cheers!!
The bartender provided quick and friendly service, and the food came out relatively quickly for a Thursday evening. Enjoyed their Santa Fe Burger for having a bit of spice to it, and their molten chocolate cake was delicious as always. Highly recommend this Chili's to anyone!
Renee was amazing! She was training today and was very patient with her trainee. Our drinks arrived at the table before they left us. Couple times Renee stopped by the table, she was hilarious! Great attitude and good out look on life! Best experience!
Let me start by saying the customer service was amazing, our waiter was really sweet and amazing. He was very helpful and always made sure we were enjoying our time, just above and beyond service! He was also taking care of a neighbor table and he was super and helpful to this couple who had a food mishap and he was very amicable and I thought it was really wonderful. The Blooming onion we had unfortunately didnt come in a literal tower but it was still a real treat. The food was really good and I felt great knowing that if I something didnt come out like I wanted it to, i had a more than generous waiter who would try to rectify the situation with as little as problems as possible. Will definitely be returning to this lovely restaurant!Update as of 3/14/22: The service was amazing, our waitress was beyond amazing. She made sure our orders were taken in a timely manner, she was handling numerous orders and she distributed the service evenly with grace. Our food was perfect and prepped as desired. She made sure it drinks stayed filled and anything we asked, she grabbed with no problems at all. It was a wonderful time here and it's worth every penny!
We always enjoy the casual dining experience st Chili's. We noticed a change in the fried pickles offering, and the shrimp tacos were also a but different than what I remember. Still, good food and good service. We will eat here again.
