I had the most wonderful experience, I believe the workers name was Ezequiel C. On his name tag but he was so kind and took my order to my car even held the door for me .. in top of that he gave my little girl a ice cream cone.. love the service provided by him and hope the managers see his good work and also keep up with the good work :) definitely will be coming back.
Disappointed with my curbside experience tonight): They forgot my sauce and sandwich so I ended up calling as the employee already went back inside. (It was pouring rain) Had to clarify with the employee on the phone which sauce because she kept saying Chick Fil a and Barbecue so I told her Chick Fil a and Ranch. After all that an employee came out with my missing items and I still got Barbecue instead of Ranch. and then my mom ended up finding a hair in her salad…. So unfortunate! I normally LOVE their order accuracy and customer service.
I requested that the hash browns be made well done. I was informed that this store will not make anything well done. Frequently the hash browns taste cold, soggy, and undercooked and I was trying to avoid that. My efforts failed and they tasted cold, soggy, and undercooked.I was also informed that they would not make lunch items early. Again, this was a first.The staff and owner/operator were very friendly.This is the first time I have ever been to a CfA and left without a totally positive experience. I will probably not be returning to this location and that is also something that I have never said.
Definitely the worst location. It doesn’t seem possible, but this place will find a way to screw up your order, every. single. time. The last time I went in ordered 1 grilled chicken Cobb salad, I was given/charged for 2 fried chicken Cobb salad. Didn’t come with any dressing either. Went inside to fix it, and was given a Cobb salad with the entire chicken breast uncut. Guess I’ll do yalls job for you but c’mon.
Imagine if you will, a morning perfect for running errands, you think "what a great time for a breakfast sandwich from chick fil a" it's 10:15 and you double check to make sure they are still serving breakfast, they are and you get into line. 10:37 rolls around and you all for the sandwich and they say "were not allowed to serve breakfast after 10:30"... What a complete waste of time and energy, thanks for that chick fil a, great customer service.
Chick-fil-A is usually very consistent and this place is as well. Can be a bit odd with how the drive through lines up when busy, but they do a great job processing through.
Slowest of all the chick fil a drive throughs. Came here for fast service. Trapped in line 20 minutes when line not that long.
Ordered from here they didn’t package entire order. When I called they referred me to delivery service they are partnered with never mind the bag was sealed. So obviously they neglected to check the order. Their delivery service referred me back to restaurant. A giant run around. Never got resolved never got complete order. Not the first time they don’t check order and I don’t get full order. And when you call the restaurant they have a bad attitude for their screw up! Will start traveling to another location because they obviously don’t care about their customers.

Today I placed an order through the app hoping it would be a quicker experience but I was wrong I waited about 20 minutes for my curbside order. This location just isn't as the other 5 denver metro locations I've been to.
I had to step aside to talk to the manager. This is one of the few places where I can see the employers are great. The gentleman at the register had perfect suggestions for me. This is a rare gem left of companies that care.
