Curbside waited 15 minutes before I went inside, told me they did not have my order $74.47.I went home to get invoice, on Mty way back to Chick-fil-A they called me and said they have my order.Having to drive there and back, I asked to be compensated for my troubles, that CLEARLY was not my fault, Chick-fil-A messed upI was told SORRY.That was it. I will never go to this Chick-fil-A again.
It was a breakfast mobile order I picked through the drive-thru, but they didn't include my chocolate chunk brownie, which was supposed to be a free treat I redeemed for my Birthday!
I feel like this spot has fallen off… we live close by and spend a lot of money here. The last 3 or 4 times our food gets messed up or they charge you for something you didn’t get. 2 stars here bc the fries I finally got were hot. Took 10-15 extra minutes 5 or so other cars go by… our order comes out wrong. Be careful with this spot bc this has happened several times…they’re kinda suspect. Check your food to see if it was messed up and see if they were able to fill the fry box with the size of fries you pay for.I told a lady behind the counter and she just said sorry and threw them away and walked off. 5 minutes later a guy comes up and asked if I needed help I told him and he got fries with fries in them. If you hate working at a fast food restaurant… don’t work there?
First time here I asked for buffalo sauce and I got chic Fil a sauce. I wouldn’t have made a complaint if the sauce didn’t look and taste expired.
Foods over rated,too expensive and I hear that they support conversion therapy camps and that's just gross! I don't eat there and I give away my Chick Fil A gift cards because there's no room for that kind of judgement in my life.....great honey mustard tho ??♀️
The lady’s in the morning are either Argumentative or have a bad attitude. And they never fill my ice bag to the line.
I wish I could give more stars, as I have liked this location prior as they used to seem efficient. However, today's service was very rushed and this is the second time in a row at this location they have given me a wrong order. Really concerned why suddenly the service and orders being correct have gone down at this location? This is the first location of Chick-fil-A I've been to that has done this. I can understand a bad day with a wrong order, no biggie, it happens. Normally you can go back and the next visit will be better. Twice in a row wrong orders from the same location now with subpar service? It's disappointing. I hope this location can improve their efficiency and service. Until then, gonna have to keep two stars here.
Delicious as always. We went during Easter time, they put a little plastic egg with a chocolate inside our child's food bag. This was very nice
My first time in about three years eating the Jesus Chicken. The service was awesome but the food wasn't that great. Chewy deluxe sandwich and who puts a slice of cheese on the bottom of the protein? The waffle fries were obvs under a heat lamp. Not really a flavor that I can't throw on frozen fries in the micro. After three years I guess I was expecting something "sent from the heavens". #popeyes
Love the variety of sauces to chose from!… no other drive through has these guys beat when it comes to fast friendly service that is consistent which ever location you go to.
