They don't answer their phones. Ordered a delivery directly from their website tonight - apparently it's delivered via Door Dash. Food was never delivered. Called Charley's 8 times - phone rang & rang then disconnected. No one ever answered. Eventually had to call Door Dash. Because I ordered directly from Charley's website they couldn't' issue me the refund for the undelivered food... Door Dash rep also tried calling Charley's - of course no one answered the phone. No refund issued, no food. Completely unprofessional.
Easily my favorite fast food now. The location is convenient, right inside the food court door to the mall, and the service was excellent. My only complaint was that the fries were undercooked. I'm willing to wait a little longer for those loaded charleys fries yo.
I always order the number 7 and its always Quick and very friendly staff

I worked at Charley's for about 2 years in Europe a few years ago. This was my first time eating here since moving back stateside and I was very disappointed. I could go on about the things I found wrong with everything they did but I'll just comment on my biggest complaint. I waited 30 mins, just for Fries. Yes it was busy. But 30 mins for plain regular fries is ridiculous. Would not recommend. They also told me I couldn't order a BLT and I know for a fact that I can.
Never had a problem with this place before, however my kid’s chicken tender meal was completely raw inside.

Food was great! One of the best Charley’s I’ve ever been to.
I love this place. I was less than 10 minutes away when I ordered, and by the time I arrived my food was all ready to go. They even knew it was me before I could tell them. Great service,price and food. I'm getting ready to order now :)
