They made sandwiches wrong and when it was brought to their attention while being made they said too bad they’re already made. I ordered chicken and got steak. They were supposed to be provolone and got white American. The meat was old and dry. !! $50 worth of food thrown away. Very poor customer service!!!
Love the place and the food. Only this one woman was complaining about cleaning the grill for food allergies. Then told the kid not to take anymore orders like that. So if you have food allergies make sure she is not around.
I want to start this off by saying that I’ve always loved Charley’s for well over a decade, but didn’t quite love the service that my daughter & I just received. The manager lady there was so incredibly rude & was literally yelling at the two employees that were there, trying to prepare everyone’s orders. She even told Kaleb, that was trying to take orders at the register to not take our order & this happened twice! Kaleb was a total sweetheart though, but you could tell that he was not only embarrassed by his bosses yelling/barking orders at them, but he was probably frustrated too because they looked to be short staffed on top of it all. Additionally, there was about 4-5 others waiting for their orders that were ahead of us & who knows how long they’d been waiting for their orders! I get being short staffed, but that manager lady has ZERO customer service skills & ZERO interpersonal skills too! We felt so bad that my daughter & I just left after two failed attempts of trying to place our order while she was yelling at Kaleb to not take our order & help prepare the food instead.**Lol My daughter McKenzie also wants me to add that Kaleb is very cute & didn’t deserve the treatment that he received from his manager…

Definitely tastes like mall food. Steak is dry with more of a roast beef profile than traditional Philly. Neither good nor bad, so okay if it's your only option. It's not a quick option though. In my couple of visits, had to wait over 20 minutes for a sandwich. They totally screwed the order up on the first visit, but I didn't want to wait for them to fix it.The fries look great on the menu, but then you discover they're baked not fried, cheese is bland, and bacon was cold. I had high hopes for this place as it's convenient. Hope with time it improves.
Food was amazing took sometime but was worth it would definitely come again. Love the workers and mangers never met such nice people vey understanding and patient.
Finally they are here in Aurora. I love Charleys foods. Great food at reasonable prices.
