Horrible location!Went about a MONTH ago to dine in, waitress was a young girl with no customer service at all. Already a red flag❗️They made me order myself through their QR code , which didn’t allow me to enter in my gift card for some reason-I had to pay with my card to even place the order so I figured I would just let them know at the end that I’d like to pay half of the total with my gift card and just credit me the difference.The young waitress was already not friendly, she takes my gift card and says it has no money. I politely asked her to run it again because I had just gotten it: she seems upset about that and I proceeded to ask for the manager for help instead. She than leaves and I see her attend to two other tables and than comes back to ask me if I’m ready …. I looked straight at her and said YES I just asked you to grab you manager to help me with my gift card. I was so taken back, the manager (JEN) than comes and asks for my gift card, runs it and how weird it goes through! She said she credited me the “difference” and that it would take 4-5 business days to see that refund back on my card. I kindly complained about the waitress that hosted us and said she needed to be better at her customer service and everything was left fine.That was a MONTH ago and I have still yet to receive my refund! They not only took my money but my Gift card as well after being told the return went through. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager and omg everyone at this location has a serious attitude problem… telling me they can’t assist me because they’re too “busy” as though I’m not a paying customer who just wants an update on my return. They aren’t busy enough to take my money….I HIGHLY do not recommend this location. Once my refund is resolved: even if this location is closer to my house I WILL never give this place my money again.I’d rather go elsewhere!
I love their all American burger. It's juicy, well cooked, and served with a decent amount of fries on the side. But as I live their fries, I always get a side of fries and some veggie sticks.Be warned, if u come during a sport game or on busy days, be prepared to wait a couple minutes(30+)
I had the califlower wings and fries. I didn't think this sports bar even had any vegetarian food. The strawberry lemonade with real strawberries was awesome. The only issue I had was Ithe pricing and value. I paid $55 for the both of us. For this price I could have had a feast at a Indian restaurant and would have had a lot more food.
General manager needs to work on how she treats drivers when they come in to pick up. Super rude plugs her ears so she can tune me out two other hosts came up to help the front and were super easy to work with but oh my god the rudeness of the GM and she couldn’t keep her mask up while she was up at the front on the phone. Also if you have rack with deliveries on it as a driver we should be able to check if nobody is helping us or in her case is plugging her wars and ignoring us. You need a new manager for this location if your not trying to offend dashers and other delivery drivers.
Ridiculous awful service. Food was mediocre. BWW just isn't the same any more. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I asked for our table to be wiped down twice. I took a photo of the table next to us. This was after they came by and "cleaned" up the table and then sat people in this mess. Do better!!!
Damn! I should have red the reviews before ordering delivery. The wings were ok, not covered in sauce, but I ordered your bogo 6 boneless wings veggies and a drink. I only received the wings. I thought I was going to get a side salad as well. Only wings:( I'm thirsty and I want some veggies :( I called the store to get a recording saying they cant answer the phone.....I'm loosing faith in eating out. Should have went to the grocery store. !!! Responding to your response. I already filled out your BS response form at the bottom of the page before you responded. I'm done with BWW. The service, quality of food and atmosphere have deteriorated over the years but yet the prices keep going up. Even in a chicken shortage if you're going to give me smaller pieces of chicken they should be the best small pieces of the chicken that I've had instead of being mediocre at best. I placed an order to go and got the tiniest pieces of chicken, no fries even though I ordered a regular size of fries(a McDonald's small fry gave me more fries) my side of ranch was less than half full for 10 pieces of mini chicken, the carrots and the celery were bigger than the chicken, the food was cold and just downright disappoining. I won't be going back. It's not just this location either. I've been disappointed in other locations in and out of state. It's like they just don't care anymore.Buy local, at least then you business is appreciated more.
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars, I would! For starters, the host was absolutely rude and demanding. Once I was seated in the bar my table hadn’t been wiped down. My server showed great hospitality. When my boyfriend and I received our food our food was cold, hard, and, saggy, like it had been sitting. We asked for fresh food our food was just microwaved, we had waited over an hour prior to being served, and a table that had been here for only 20 minutes had been served way before us!
Now I love me some BWW. Ordered an hour 15 min before close and this is what they gave me? Super crisp wings with no flavor and a blob of sauce? My lemon pepper also had 0 seasoning. They also didn’t include my fries and I had to call 4 separate times to place an order and waited on hold when NO ONE was in the restaurant when I arrived. I don’t know what happened I always use to come to this location but now every time I do they might as well spit in my face. I tip well and am courteous to closing times. It’s worth the drive to go the the centennial location on Chester street. They are always so sweet, attentive and ACTUALLY give you what you pay for. Y’all see all the negative reviews… just don’t waste your money at this location!!!’
I ordered over the phone last night because the of gift cards we got for Christmas. I was told that the food would be ready after 25 minutes and it wasn't ready until about 1 hour on a Sunday night. The food was good but service lacked as well as no direction for those that ordered online. There were about 3 to 4 others in front of me all looking for direction. Glad I didn't use my money here and won't be returning to this location. I wanted to also add that my wife and I never got any carrots and celery which we had ordered.
