I have been coming here for 5 years, and today finally made me write this review. The restaurant is dirty, always. We tend to order online for take home since Covid started, not once has my order been ready at the designated time. Today I wanted 25 minutes, ( was told 15-20 minutes) drove here another 8 minutes. The food isn’t ready as I sit here and was told it will be 15 more minutes. It’s a ghost town in here so it isn’t because it is busy.

My son loves wings and chose this place for his birthday. We had the absolute worst service from Erin. She was disrespectful and didn't care about good service. Part of the bad service was that the fries were sent out 15 minutes prior to our wings and when the wings finally arrived they got our order wrong. When I let her know it was wrong instead of going to the kitchen to get it fixed she decided to go check her other tables. When I asked for her manager, she again went to another table which made me upset. This isn't the first time we had bad service here but it will now be the last!
As BWWs go this place has a lot of large TVs--arguably more than most other Dubs. So a good place to watch darn near any sporting event. Food is same at them all so no review for that here. Best way to measure a chain is the staff and cleanliness. Check plus on both. Some of these won't serve just flats anymore; they still do on my visit. Friendly, fast service. No complaints.
This was one of the worst places iv have eaten at1. The coke tasted were so watered down we might as well have had sugar with water2. There was a bunch if hair in our foods3. Their wings might as well have tasted like bark it was so hard, crusty, and overall unappetizing 10/10 would never come back
I stopped in before heading up to DIA for a flight. It seemed a little disorganized when I came in. Pretty empty but they took a while to figure out where to sit me. The front entry way was at least half an inch deep of water from snow melt. Not the safest. I was finally seated in the bar area but at a booth. I sat for a while, so long that I almost got up and left. I finally got greeted by a guy who seemed annoyed that I was there. He even said, this wasn't supposed to be his area. There were probably five other tables being used in the restaurant so it didn't seem like a big deal.I ordered and it took a bit for the food to arrive. I had to ask for few things after my food came because he was so rushed. He acted like I was putting him out asking for more blue cheese and napkins.Hopefully things have improved, I usually don't go here anyway unless I'm in the area. Unfortunate experience for one of my favorite wing places.
B-dubz back in its hay day use to be a well upkept place with curiosity and attentiveness. Maybe its covid, maybe its the owner or manger but...this location is so so. The best attitudes given here have been the bar tenders, cooks and greeters. The waiter (is) have been snooty or anti-social and complacent. Forgetting orders, getting order wrong, not refilling... I get it. Your understaffed and that sucks. I've worked in restaurants and been in the managers shoes...your getting by with what you have. So there is the truth.I hope this location gets better because its a nice chill location next to the movies and many other amenities.
Great Service from the staff
The hostess catered to a party of 15 and gave them a table before the 5 groups that we’re waiting for a tables. They said it was only going to be 15-20 min wait.. it was 35 mins before we got a table.. but our servicer was great
This is my first time trying this wing place on 3/16/22, and I would give it 6 stars for the food and for the male waiter who was extremely welcoming, friendly, attentive and overall a great server! I would give 1 star for the gal who worked behind the bar and acted as hostess to seat me. She was extremely cold and snotty when walking me to the table, and during my dining experience, she was very loud and acting immature behind the bar when interacting with co- workers, which was distracting and made my visit unpleasant.
A little packed for game night and there was a bit of a wait but our server Nate was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious
