The place is like a garage!!Got there around 2pm and i was still packed with Korean so is a GOOD SIGN!!They are still having soft opening so there a re few SPICY Item not available and so are the Chicken Burger.Order Honey Garlic and Gang-Jeong. half order each It came with pickle. You have to wait a little bit longer like any Korean Fry Chicken place. It was perfectly fry. The breading was extra crispy and the meat is very juicy with plenty of flavor.WILL DEFENETLY BE BACK
I ordered through Grubhub today and it told me ready between 8:20 - 8:30. I got there a bit early and asked them how long the order would take, which the lady in front told me 5 more minutes. I come back in like 10 minutes and they tell me that it's going to take longer, and to take a sit at the bar.I proceed to wait 30 more minutes without a single employee coming to ask if I was doing ok or letting me know what was happening with my order, and there were literally only 4 tables in the restaurant with like 6 kitchen staff. So I go back to check with the lady bagging the to go orders, where she tells me it's going to be another 5 minutes, citing that the chicken is fried fresh so it takes longer.Another 15 minutes later and my food finally comes out; and I leave without even a single apology from the staff about the wait for the chicken. I start taking it to the car and inspect it halfway there, and it turns out whoever bagging the order didn't put on the lid for the radish properly, so it spilled all over the box. All the boxes are soaked, and at this point I don't even want to go back to ask them to fix it because I know I'm going to have to wait another hour.I get home and eat the chicken, the extra sauce container that I had busted open as well, covering all the boxes with sauce. The radishes have been slightly frozen, as the radishes have a mushy texture to them. Chicken tasted alright but definitely not worth having to wait an hour past when the order was due.I get that the store hasn't been open for that long, but they definitely need to train their staff on customer service and also how to bag to go orders.EDIT: The owner of the restaurant reached out this morning about the whole situation which was unexpected but nice of them to do.
This is the best Korean fried chicken RESTAURANT I've had so far. They are on a soft opening, but business is already booming. Their fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, juicy and flavorful. With beers and side dishes, definitely Korean style.
Best Korean fried chicken in CO! Tried 4 different flavors and they all tasted amazing! Super crispy outside and tender inside. They were busy on a friday night but the servers were attentive and friendly. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend!
Loved it!! Their fried chicken was so fresh and didn't have any stale smell that I would get from some other places. I tried original, soy garlic, and gangnam style and they were all good! Looking forward to trying other flavors soon!
Chickens are definitely delicious and the fries are crazily good. This place is packed with people and waiting is always long, but their service is pretty good. Manager and staffs are super friendly!! I will totally revisit and try other flavors as well.
my friend works for Shamrock foodservice company and recommend to try out this place. was too packed inside, so ordered take out instead and wasn't disappointed. very crispy yet tender and juicy. will come back to try out other flavors when they slow down a bit.
As a Kdrama fan I was delighted to discover a branch of bb.q Chicken (a South Korean franchise that's frequently featured in these shows) here. The food did not disappoint! My friend and I had the half-and-half whole chicken with original and special sauce. The original was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. It could have used just a little more seasoning, but was still delicious. The special sauce was amazing! So flavorful and just the right mix of sweet, savory, and spicy. Looking forward to going back to try the spicy sauce and some of the other options on the menu. Service was a bit slow but this was their soft opening and the waiter was very attentive and apologetic, so we were not bothered. I'm sure as they get up and running that will improve. I'm so happy to have found this restaurant!!
Not only did they mess up our order, and didn't make it right. We saw multiple people waiting for their food for long wait times. The women who didn't give us her name said she was the manager. No apology, very rude, and obviously should not be a manager. Waiters are learning, cooks are disorganized, absolutely no structure, and that manager needs to get fired. Willing to give this place another try, but need some serious changes.
Super crispy and addictive chickens and services are fantastic. Hiring in general has been very difficult. Staffs are doing their best but mistakes can occur especially on first few weeks of opening. Please be patient and more generous as all staffs and management are also learning daily how to service better especially in this getting better, but still tough pandemic market
