Ice Cream Shop Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt

I ordered the FRESH peanut butter chocolate (quart) and two scoops saundace of peanut butter with hot fudge; cherry and walnut through DoorDash….. Ummm….. what I’ve got is PRE-peanut butter and chocolate with whatever that is ; caramel and chucks of chocolate (omg it’s not what I expected at all and it’s so NASTY ?) I threw it away (both quart and saunce).

Only 24 flavors present. Not the flavors anyone in my family was hoping for--that's 6 people leaving a poor review.

Last time I will visit this store. Besides my experience, I read the other reviews. (Same experience...at the door at 8pm previously and closed, although should be open until 10pm.) Something is terribly wrong with this location, and I will be contacting corporate as well. There were other things, but mainly the girl serving me seemed like she couldn't care less to do a good job. I ordered a medium shake with cherry jubilee ice cream and hot fudge mixed in. She put in so much milk that she had to add around 5 scoops of ice cream, and that didn't even thicken it. When she handed it to me, it was like milk with cherry flavoring. Worst shake I ever had. Kicked myself all the way home that I didn't make her remake it on the spot.

A Baskin Robbins closing at 8pm on a weekend summer night is like a Denny’s closing at 8am. Or Dominos closing up shop an hour before Monday night football. Why would a business close right at the start of its busiest time? When the sun goes down and the little league games end on a hot, summer weekend night, what’s the first stop all the kids are asking for? They want ice cream, of course. At this drive through, you will pull up to a line of cars, where one by one the squawk box tells you that they closed at 8pm. You think maybe it is a one-off. Perhaps an employee had a bad case of diarrhea or something — tonight was a fluke. But you notice every time you go around dusk, the employees already closed up.Any time we eat out and think we will grab a scoop for the kids on the way home... NOPE! Nobody knows for sure when this particular location actually closes. There are no hours posted. The times are inconsistent from day to day when you can see the lights go dark and the chairs get flipped upside down on the tables. Seemingly whenever the employees feel like wrapping up for the day is when they close. If you look online, the hours are until 10pm. Other Baskin Robbins in the area close at 10:30pm. When we leered angrily inside at 8:05pm this evening, the high schoolers running the joint were hanging out, helping themselves to the ice cream. Some other reviews say the lobby hours are until 10pm, but stop serving ice cream hours before that. Are these fools getting paid to hang out with the doors locked until 10pm? I hope not. Who is running this place? They need lessons in management FOR SURE!!!!The horror doesn’t end there. They’re always out of the most popular flavors, pillars of the company like cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip, or rainbow sherbet. How can they ALWAYS be out of these popular flavors? Do they even stock ice cream at this place? We all grew up with that friend who worked at Baskin Robbins in high school and would smoke up and/or worse in the walk-in freezer. That's the already low standard we measure the current generation by. However, the employees at this particular location set an even lower bar. They don’t give a flying fizzle about their customers. As many other reviews note, simple sanitation is of no concern. My sons and I personally witnessed an employee empty a garbage can outside, then help the person behind us in line, scooping ice cream with the same, unwashed garbage handling paws.My review of this particular franchise location is by no means unique. At the time I am writing this, I see this place has a rating of 1.9 stars. To put this horrendous rating into perspective, the friggin' DMV nearby has a rating of 4.0! I challenge anyone to find a business in the Denver metro area that serves food with such a low rating that has not been shuttered and boarded up by government inspectors.Stay away! My family loved the Baskin Robbins and 31 Flavors brands for generations. But for the love of ICE CREAM, close this location. It is giving the company a bad name. Make the drive to the Buckley Rd. location to the North, or the Parker Rd. location to the South instead.

This is the WORST ice cream place I have EVER been too. They are unprofessional, ridiculously childish, they cough in their hands and don’t wash them and they never know the answers to the most simple questions. My order has been wrong the last FIVE times. And that is no joke. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with a company. They are giving baskin robins a horrible reputation. Someone should really look at this place and close it down.

They are closed at 6:50 pm even though there is staff inside hanging out. Went to the drive thru and they told us they were out of almost all flavors of ice cream so they were just hanging out getting paid until 10 pm. Worst location ever.

Went here on July 2nd at 7:45 pm and the store was close but the drive thru is open. Ordered some ice creams and the girl that served us was coughing (phlegmy coughing) on her hands went to get our ice cream without washing her hands first, no gloves and no mask. And the whole time she was doing all the scooping of ice cream, she was coughing in between. I don’t know why they are letting these teenagers run the store without a supervisor or a manager and also letting this particular girl who was clearly sick work without any gloves or mask while handling food. I will for sure take this to corporate especially during this time. So if y’all want some ice cream or donuts, just go somewhere else. Never go to this branch.

I had a great experience with Bryan at the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts store last night. I came in for ice cream and it was busy. Bryan helped out his colleagues when the ice cream line was busier than the Dunkin side. He was polite, professional and efficient. The ice cream was great and they now offer a non-dairy vegan option that my wife enjoyed. Have used the drive through for coffee before and will come back for sweet treats and coffee drinks.

it’s a combined Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins which is very conventional except that they’re always out of everything. I’ve been there multiple times and they’re always out of the most popular flavors like chocolate chip, vanilla, chocolate, etc. my friends went to the Dunkin’ part and they gave them the wrong order five different times. how is that even possible? lol this place sucks i wish it was better because i love Baskin Robbins and Dunkin and it’s nice that it’s a drive thru but every time i’ve gone here they’re out of the product i want or they mess up my order.

As a former co owner and employee I was dissatisfied with the results. What happened to pineapple and marshmallow. I know dairy has gone up in the past 25 years. I didn't get my 3 cherries. No strawberries as well. Not the way I did a banana split I went all out for my clients. Not sure why almonds were on my split when I put nuts of mine. I had to spit my almonds.
