Not the best, not the worst. The patty melt was good. The fries are really salty. Drinks are expensive. Probably get the same quality food from the movie theater next door but better than the B-Dubs across the plaza.Also the QR code on the receipt to pay from your phone didn't work and the server said it usually doesn't.
Food was good and service even better. Went for my granddaughters birthday. 1st time so didn't see much although I loved the salted caramel shake..
Horrible customer service & management. If i could give it zero stars that would most definitely be my rating. Not only does who seemed to be the manager act unprofessional amongst the crowd in his restaurant when handing unpleasant circumstances but is incredibly disrespectful as well when doing so. Yelling at customers (whatever the case may be) is NEVER the option especially when you are someone who has great influence in their employees. I agree, in some situations it can be hard to handle one's emotions, but as a head of a restaurant, a role model, elder, AND a manager with a team to run you would expect maturity, politeness & professionalism. If you are looking for lovely people with good management and service i would advice you to go to Teds Grill or even Buffalo Wild Wings. Working customer service myself makes this extremely disappointing to see, will not be coming back here.
10 minutes after the end of the pickup window, I received my food. We ordered a burger, double order of fries, and family pack (15) chicken tenders. The chicken tenders are 1.66 each for pathetically sized chicken (see the picture with quarter for size comparison). They are cold, and clearly sat around for a bit. The burger is decent, but way overpriced. This is the 3rd time in a row with this type of service and food quality.
Always impressed by the menu. Great food and plenty of options from the adult drink menu. Didn't have to wait long at all.
Had a burger here that almost gave me type 2 diabetes. Jk. But in all honestly they have some big muffugin burgers here that are surprisingly fair priced. The staff is usually friendly as well. Overall if you're wanting a burger give this place a shot.
It was a great night. The service was great! The food was great and the wait wasn’t king for a Friday night. Less than 20 minutes and Krystal was the best part of it all ?
Worst service I’ve ever had. My dad and I went there on a Sunday and we sat in the bar area at a table, sat at the table for probably 10-15 minutes before moving the bar because nobody came over to us once not even to say hi or take our drink order. At the bar the bartender took her sweet time to acknowledge us as well. She eventually took our drink order and we decided to just get waters so we can decide what shake we wanted, we had to call her over to take our order again. Fatter sitting there for 45 minutes with only an appetizer and no shake after I ordered it we decided to just close out and go somewhere else. I’ve never had this bad of service anywhere. Would not recommend at all. It was astounding how bad it was and nobody even acknowledged us. Very disappointing after hearing such good things about it. I hope they get better wait staff.
While the food was good and the staff was friendly. I don't know of any other dine in restaurant that charges extra for fries with your burger. I won't be coming back. I can go elsewhere and get just as good of a burger or even better for less with fries included.
Our server was amazing. My chicken sandwich I modified, he worked with me and had patience. The green chile tots were really good. Banana pudding wasn't my favorite but it was good. More of whipped Banana pudding.
