Delicious sushi, great price! I'll be coming back. Would absolutely recommend.

They have the best crunchy tuna roll! I don't like that they put wasabi between the sashimi and rice, and they're also a little slow, but best rolls in the biz.

Hands down, one of the best sushi places in Colorado, easily on par and can compete with the Den and other famous places here. This family should be very proud of their incredible food.

Good vegan and vegetarian options at Sonodas. Just be sure to get the kale noodles in veggie broth if you order ramen. Several delicious options for vegetarian sushi as well. Try the eggplant sushi! Oh my goodness ?

We had gotten in to town from the airport totally defeated and we decided to go for some sushi to get a bite to eat. This place was a pleasant surprise and totally blew our expectations out of the water. The food was great and fresh and at an excellent price point. Our waitress was the real star of our perfect meal and experience. McKenna served us and she was so kind and helpful with the recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place and recommend McKenna to serve you.

I figured I’d get the best quality sushi given the fact that it is actually Japanese owned and operated. I very much did enjoy the miso soup and the sushi was good but I was disappointed with the size of the sushi pieces. They are half the size of a regular sushi piece.

Normally this is a good place for sushi. Last week we ate there and waited over an hour for food . It seemed like they are more concerned with the to go orders that night. Normally the service is good so im hoping we just caught them on a busy night. Overall pretty good place to eat

The very best sushi in Aurora! And I would say top two in the state of Colorado. My favorite, hands down. Some sushi places bait and switch the fish, Not Sonoda’s. The quality is 100%. I really can’t say enough good about Sonoda’s . I am happy to say we go there enough to be on a first name bases with the owner and chefs. The magic mushrooms and dynamite roll are two that we always get. And please try the Otero Punch ?

If you can smell the fish before you enter the building you ought to not cross the threshold yet I did and as I write this to you from where I spent most of my time last two days the bathroom I wonder if my decision making skills have taken quite a hit lately I think Jax is better but only because I've never almost died from eating their food way to go Aurora just another thing I won't expect you to be good at and that's sushi along with keeping me out of trouble give me a place that my kids won't get shot at when they walk down the street . Perhaps my next review should be on U-Haul or the local realtor company in Denver

Really good food!! We had spicy California rolls, mushrooms with salmon and yakitori. Dumplings were a bit dry though.
