Eh. Applebees trademark & the warm Urban atmosphere is great, however with this particular location there’s always an issue. I went in today, my payment method got double charged & I had to pay the bill again, when I spoke with the manager she barely listened and immediately told me the system they use on the table tablets are faulty there was no way to confirm that my bill was paid other than to pay again.I was better off going to Chipotle

This was an okay time! There honestly isn't much I can say about this place; it was pretty busy since we went around lunchtime, though we were seated as soon as we walked in. The environment was pretty cozy, pretty bar, lovely Applebee's decor, the staff was very nice and light-hearted. Our waiter was always checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay, which I appreciated. The food was pretty good; we had gotten this cheese dip and it was really good, but the ratio of chip to dip was off -- we had like still half our dip left (In retrospect, I should have had them ask to take that dip to-go)! I had ordered their chicken penne, and although it was pretty okay, I was not a fan of the seasoning, and it could have used more salt. Also wasn't a fan of the waiting times between getting my appetizer or my appetizer. Overall, this is the kinda place I'd visit a couple of times a year to try something different, and that's all.
I know places are understaffed these days but I am afraid we are taking Applebees off our list
Food was great. But unfortunately service was really, really slow. I get there is a shortage of working people, so I had to keep telling myself that, because it's an adjustment. Tried to order a refill through the tablet thing, and none was brought to us. It wasn't busy either, but maybe they were busy in the back, cooking? Will try again.
The staff was friendly and were on top of things. I got a burger and a Cesar salad. I had ordered the burger with pink and it came well done and was so dry. The Cesar salad was basically wet romaine lettuce with hardly any flavor.
I had never been to an Applebee's not from childhood or just by happen stance. This Applebee's exceeded my expectations by far. I went here with a friend to catch up. We sat at the bar. The bartender was extremely fast, welcoming, and sweet. Really set the vibe and felt so homely being there!
Visited here with my sons family. They were very busy and the staff was very nice. They accommodated a large group with young children. Unfortunately, my granddaughter had an upset stomach and vomited around midnight. I also got an upset stomach and spent the night running to the restroom. We had some bad food and will not return. The one star is for the waiter who was great.
The 2 for 29 platter was ordered shrimp and chicken were both cold , was supposed to be Cajun style. Not spicy at all. Bill was incorrect. Wait staff didn’t check on us. No refills of drink were offered the restaurant was t even very busy had to wait for a table. They claim if they don’t offer you a appetizer you get a gift card. Won’t be going to this establishment ever again! Only thing that was correct was the alcoholic drink. Was there on 4/17 @ around 6:30 pm
The kitchen and food was wonderful. But the survive was the worst. We were sat in the bar with our 2 young children. The waitress came and was rude from the start. She took 3 orders then looked at me and said in the most irritated voice followed by an eye roll, "do you want anything else?". I looked at her in shock and replied, "well, I'd like to order my food as well." She didn't ask if we wanted started. She didn't bring refills on our drink. Then, she starts to bring out our food. She brings out mine and the kids and before she leaves to go get my husbands food I asked if she could bring A1. She again rolls her eyes at me and said "I was about to get it". Sorry, I was just trying to make sure when my husbands foid came you don't have to make another trip...then my husbands food doesn't come. As if it's been forgotten. So we wait and wait, all still wishing for refills on our drinks. And his foid finally gets there Long enough wait that it looked like she simply forgot. My daughter ordered a corn dog, she took one bite and spit it out. The waitress never even asked us how our food was. So, my daughter was unable to eat her food at all. And we are still hoping for refills on our drinks...we got nothing. She simply never came back to our table after dropping off the food. Never asking if we'd like dessert, which we did. Never getting us the kids dessert either...and we became so thirst we decided we could go to the gas station down the street if we wanted to get something to drink. Really the only way we could have gotten worse service is if she spit in our food in front of us. We simply won't ever go back. I wish I could have gotten her name, but we never saw her.
WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! seeing that when we got there it was a 30 to 45 minute wait because they didn't start seating people until a certain time.It was my child's birthday and I asked the waitress what do they do on birthdays '(got told that the birthday person get ice cream and cake for free. When he got the ice cream and cake they didn't even sing Happy Birthday, the waitress didn't even say happy birthday she just dropped off the free dessert and walked off, the waitress didn't even check on us to make sure things were okay and that our food was good and if we needed anything else, we have to flag her down just so we can get a to go container not once but twice. My food was good my son's (the birthday person) chicken was burnt and they put it on the pasta anyway, my mother says that her food was good as well. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the cake and ice cream for my son's birthday that should have been FREE!!!!! It was the worst birthday dinner for my son ever out of 2 years after covid this is what we get it was a rip off please do not go to the one on iliff!!!!!!!!?
