I've previously had good experiences here until tonight. This evening I sat at the bar for several hours hoping to get halfway decent service. Unfortunately the girl behind the bar didn't seem to care about the 3 people sitting at her bar because even with lack of business I had a hard time getting served. Then after struggling to get served for 3 hours I have my card out on a countertop on top of my check (signifying I want to be checked out) for 30 minutes before I have to walk across the restaurant to find a manager to hopefully find some way to pay these people after a horrible night. I'm told by the manager it'll be taken care of immediately and that something on my bill would be rectified. After 20 MORE minutes I inquire about my bill and am told it was there the whole time and am FINALLY presented with my card. No discount was added and I was still disappointed with my service. I left a tip under a dollar to reflect the disappointed nature of my visit and before I can leave the MANAGER tells me to keep my tip. I have NEVER been so disrespected by a manager in my life. I will NEVER be back to this location and there's a very good chance I'm done with Applebee's for good.
Ashley was absolutely AMAZING! She brought such amazing energy and positivity! She was well versed in the products and made delicious recommendations! We went out of our way to try to this location and will definitely be back to have her service again! Thank you so much, Ashley!!
Even though it's extremely cold in there. Our server was extremely polite. My daughter's water taste like soda, second glass had flooting food in it.. the server without asking for it, comped my daughter's meal. Such a act of kindness deserves to be mentioned. I just wish I could have gotten his name. As a former server and head waitress... Bravo ?
Place a curbside order. Called to have my order brought out to me. The chick that answered the phone that was obviously the hostess. Told me that she'd have to take care of the customers that were in front of her and that she would get to me. Waited 8 minutes into my car. Headed into the restaurant to observe a female leaning against the airplane with her phone. Plus it doesn't really make sense to have one hostess doing curbside and taking in walk in customers considering the fact that there was non-stop walk in customers while I was waiting in my car. Received my food with an excuse that she was still trying to help other people. No apology, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to eat at instead.
Staying in Hyatt Regency, had dinner for 3 delivered. Friday night 3/18/22 approx. 8:45pm. I ordered fiesta lime chicken (which has been my Applebees favorite for many years), chicken tenders meal and a queso burger. This meal tonight might have just reversed any and all favorites. Absolutely disgusting!!!The knife would barely cut into the chicken. Thinking maybe it had gotten cold or I just had a dull knife (you know I’m all about the benefit of the doubt- so I took a bite) ummmm no it actually crunched in my mouth and it wasn’t the soggy tortilla strips— SOOO UNDERCOOKED.I’m starving so I try to salvage the rice …. Cold MUSH. Smdh. Your cooks took this Applebees to the bank tonight cuz they sure weren’t cooking!Underwhelmed with the other 2 meals as well.2/5 stars. Consumers pay a $hi+ ton of money for speed and convenience, you canAT LEAST DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!…oh and note the metal silverware in the picture from the lobby restaurant because no one could be bothered to throw utensils, napkins — nothing in the bag.
This worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Sat for at least 20 minutes before our order was taken then once our order was taken we sat for another 30 to 45 minutes for out food that when it finally came out looked like it had been sitting there for a while. Warm enough to eat but not hot at all. Several people waiting to be seated with so many tables opened. Heard other people talking about the same problems we cannot blame the waiters themselves but management I just can't get over when we walked out there was so many open seats and 10 to 15 people sitting in waiting just to get seated
The waitress Keisha was amazing the bartender I can't remember his name but he was courteous and took good care of us! They were the only two in the front and handled the entire restaurant as if there was a full staff! We were seated quickly and served even faster! The food didn't taste rushed nor did we feel rushed to eat and make space for the next. This will definitely be a place I come back to with pleasure knowing I will get great service and feel like a friend when I come!??
I definitely wish more vegetarian options were a choice but with what I had to work with it was still a really enjoyable experience. The drinks, as usual were always really really good. Our server was amazing and I really enjoy the atmosphere this place brings.
Atmosphere was good. Service was good. My drink was delicious- perfect balance of liquor to mixer.Pasta with honey/hot tenders was just ok.
Some of the food was really good.. The mozzarella sticks were horrible though.. Came out cold.. We returned them (Got 2 orders), even asked if they could just pop them in the microwave for a minute.. Still hard when we got them back.. Got home and guess what.. Popped them in the microwave for 1 min and were perfectly stretchy with cheese.. They never even attempted to warm them up for us.. Disappointing really seeing as how I haven't seen my best friend in over 2 years and I decided to go to applebees..Ps... The photo is after I put them in MY microwave for a min..
