We came to this restaurant for the first time (and last) because we were gifted a gift card from here. The staff was friendly but neither my husband or I liked the food. I got the Riblets and they were cold and looked gross. My husband got a burger and it tasted like mainly butter. We will certainly not ever return to this restaurant.The strawberry lemonade tasted too artificial. I usually don't put bad reviews but this place just wasn't it.

Brought my friend here for lunch. Seated fairly quick, but other people came in and were left waiting for a hostess to acknowledge they were there for probably 15 min. It was not that busy and had many open tables. Waited forever for our drinks, 15 minutes, forgot our waters til after we had our food, at which time we asked again. Food actually arrived before our drinks. Had to ask someone to find our server to get our check. Food was good though.

Disgusting. This location used to be very good & consistent with the quality of food they served. This was probably our 3rd time ordering take out in the past year and this is definitely the last.Order a burger & the fries were absolutely disgusting and cold. Squishy & didn’t even taste cooked. Were they leftovers or just not cooked properly?? Burger was alright but still had red inside the burger.Girlfriends fiesta lime chicken was also cold and not very good. Threw it away after eating half.Very disappointing.Go to Teds, Outback or Urban Sombrero across the street and get better food and better drinks.
I sat at the bar and had a light lunch and unsweetened tea. The bartender was very personable and extremely professional. When I left, I accidentally forgot my gloves on the bar. I realized my mistake about 10 minutes after I left and upon returning, the bartender immediately recognized me and returned my gloves before I could say a word. Very wonderful experience.
Came here with my friend for a late lunch/early dinner, at about 330pm. We were seated immediately. Service was excellent, and quick. We got our drinks right away, and our food did not take long. I ordered the 6 oz top sirloin, cooked medium-well. It comes with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. My friend ordered the Bourbon Street steak, which is an 8oz. top sirloin, with Cajun seasoning, served on a sizzling cast iron skillet. He ordered his medium-rare. Also comes with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the mashed potatoes and broccoli were also delicious! My friend said his steak was over cooked, but my guess is that was due to it being served on the sizzling cast iron skillet. We both still completely cleaned our plates. I would just recommend if you like your steak more rare, don't get the Bourbon Street, as it will continue to cook on the sizzling hot cast iron it is served on. Other than this minor detail, I still give them 5 stars, for excellent service, and I loved my food. I will be returning to Applebee's.
Fajita roll? Flavorless microwaved chicken, flavorless cheese, the bitter part of iceberg lettuce, no salsa, no pico, no hot sauce. Look at that pitiful picture. One bite and I lost my appetite. Is this made this way on purpose?
Had a very good experience at this Applebee's. Was in town for business. Met a buddy there for dinner. We sat at the bar. Bartender was friendly and did a good job waiting on us while still making drinks for the rest of the place. Food was served hot and fresh. Store looked clean and in order. Made for a nice time.
I ordered the quesadilla burger, no pink. When I got home and unwrapped my food everything was piping hot, but my burger was so pink it was raw, just seared brown on the outside. I still tried to eat it, had a good flavor, but I couldn't get past that bloody meat. My fries where good and plenty, so I ate them. Hubby had the grilled Chicken Caesar salad, he said it was good. I had a gift card I received from work that I used to help pay for this meal. Feel like I wasted my gift card.
We eat here all the time or order to go. It's delicious but Unfortunately our food on Friday made us all sick! I understand situations like this can't always be their fault, sometimes it could be the food manufacturers. I'd just like to let the restaurant staff and managers know. We had the Fiesta lime chicken and we all got very bad food poisoning. Man this was one of my favorite restaurants too. ?
