We had frequently gone to Amble DTC because of the incredible food, great service and atmosphere, so we were excited to hear about this Mexican-themed location. We were not disappointed. The Mezcal Old Fashion w/ the chips & guac, followed by ice cold Models Especial w/ some of the best Chicken Tinga Enchiladas I've ever had...made for a very special date night with my wife. Easy drive from the DTC area!
The food was excellent and the service was fantastic.
Menu is interesting and fresh. We were a party of 5 and each of us was delighted with our food choice. Customer service was excellent. We'll be back!

Fantastic food with a mix of Asian and Mexican flavors. Very friendly and attentive service. Relaxed atmosphere. Great variety of drinks. Small facility with limited seating times.
As usual, Kelly and Parisa do not disappoint! A simple menu of fantastic food. The margaritas are stellar and $8 on happy hour.
First time visiting Ambli and it was a wonderful experience with out of state family friends. Kids cheese quesadilla was simple yet tasty. Mostly everyone had some type of tacos with pork, chicken and fish. I also had a summer salad, which was very fresh tasting including the cocktails. The desserts were yummy with just enough sweetness. Jimmy was very welcoming.
Every dish we ordered was excellent; the fusion of Mexican and Asian flavors works very well.
Always a great experience at Ambli. They have an amazing chef (I never met him) who adds another dimension to his dishes. The menu has wide variety of tapas type selections- one better than the next. Love the bar seating- bartenders and servers are special! Also- delicious, well balanced drinks!
